They definitely do take on more than they can handle. Came from out of town on a Friday, they told me they will have my car ready by Monday but I told them that we were only staying until Sunday but they still insisted that they were going to take a look at my car and try to have it ready on Saturday. Since it was almost the weekend and I know most mechanics are closed I decided to trust them and leave my car. Aw
Poor communication as well, we were told that they were going to call early on Saturday by 12 pm we still didn’t receive a call so we called and then they told us they’ll call back in 30 minutes, 4 pm comes and still no call back and when we tried calling again no one answered. Mind you the shop closes at 5 pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday. So I personally went into the shop at 4 just to see that they were BARELY taking a look at my car.
Also they charge $165 just for the diagnostic alone which I feel is a little pricy. I definitely feel I was taken advantage of because they knew my family and I needed the car by a certain day. We had to stay an extra day to wait for the car to be done which was inconvenient because they told us they would have it done on Saturday but instead it was done on Monday 30 minutes before closing. At least the car is fixed but it was just a lot of miscommunication.

Javier and Enrique (father & son) have been my son's mechanics for a loooong time! They will go out of their way to help you! It's a bit pricey for my budget (this time), but my car was fixed with no further problems so far! TY

I tried twice trying to get service here, woke up extra early and all… it’s not worth the troubles, it’s like they’re taking on more than they can handle. I took my car down the street to another service shop and actually got what needed to be done in only a couple of hours. My time was wasted, I don’t recommend.

Love these guys and girls. Friendly fast and honest. If somethings not right they will fix it. I've been here several times and have no complaints.

This business deserves ten stars. I stopped by to pick up a package at their UPS access point and mentioned to owner Enrique that my tire light was on. He promptly had a technician inspect it and found a nail in my tire. Enrique and his team were smart, quick, and efficient in assessing the problem and providing an honest recommendation for fixing it. This place is honest and their prices are very reasonable. I am extremely grateful for their outstanding service.
