I had a very positive experience at Hilltop Kia. John Locke patiently helped me through the decision to buy my Kia Sportage. He was prompt and helpful, answering my many questions via email before I visited the dealership. John delivered the new car to my home in Novato and took the time to carefully go over all of the features with me. I’m very happy with my purchase!

John Locke. Ask for him. Most patient salesperson I have met. And down to earth. I never felt judged or rushed while I was at the dealership. He looks young, but he’s very knowledgeable & also experienced. Let him show you around. He listens to what you want & tries to make it work for you. When I need to trade this one in, better believe I’m going to go looking for him.

Wonderful experience! Knew the exact car I wanted, saw it listed on their site and got to chat with Mo over text. He held the car until I could test drive and was so thrilled.
