I spent some time shopping around for a new car, and it was frustrating dealing with subpar sales reps who seemed more like poorly trained SDRs than car experts. With a small garage, I often asked about the car's dimensions, only to be met with blank stares as they fumbled with their phones to Google the information. Some didn’t even know how to fold the seats properly.
Hilltop Ford was a refreshing change. When I called, Terrence answered and casually asked when I could come in instead of pressing for my email and number to bombard me with sales emails. Terrence was knowledgeable about the cars and their value, and most importantly, he understood what I was looking for in a vehicle without trying to oversell me.
I also had a great conversation with the finance manager, who took the time to discuss the economics of the deal and treated me with respect. The used car manager was fair and genuinely listened to my reasoning for the trade-in price I was aiming for.
Overall, the experience couldn’t have been better, and I’m likely to buy my next car here.

I visited the Ford Richmond dealership to inquire about a used car. However, during my conversation with the used car manager, he was unwilling to negotiate despite my presenting a chat with one of his employees regarding the car's price. He completely disregarded the agreed-upon price and also provided inaccurate information on the car's windshield, stating it had one owner instead of three. Additionally, I found his demeanor to be quite rude and unprofessional.

Had my vehicle serviced here. The staff was very friendly and professional. They have drinks and snacks for customers while they wait and I also noticed they washed the cars after their services were done. It's hard to find quality customer service like that these days.

I just brought a KIA/SUV Sorento from Hilltop KIA/FORD dealership it was a pleasant experience from Moe(Mohammod) a lots of explaining; demonstrating most of all is follow-up service. I would recommend it.

The purpose of this communication is to provide feedback on the service received on my Ford Mustang. While I had initially left a negative review, I would like to retract it and provide my sincere appreciation for the excellent service rendered by the team at Richmond Hilltop Ford. I hope this message reaches the relevant parties and helps them in their business.
I reside in San Leandro and had an unpleasant experience with the dealership there. As a result, I chose to visit Richmond Hilltop Ford for my service requirements. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment, and they promptly called me back to offer me a slot on Monday. On reaching the dealership, I was advised to undertake the 70,000-mile service, which cost me $400. Since I reside in San Leandro, I waited at the dealership while the service was in progress. The service representative provided timely updates on the service progress. Once the service was complete, the representative advised that I would require new brakes. When I enquired about the cost, he informed me that it would be $1200. However, my misunderstanding led me to believe that the amount included the previous service cost, which was not the case. I later realized my error, and the dealership was not at fault.
I would like to commend the team at Richmond Hilltop Ford for their excellent customer service and quality of work. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive services and look forward to visiting them again for my future service requirements.
