I can't be happier with a dealership experience. From the first phone call, Cesar worked hard to get me the best price for a new Ram 1500 and a great trade in amount for my truck. When I arrived Cesar had everything in order with no surprises. Everything was just as we spoke of the phone. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of the transaction and every detail of the new truck I was buying. The finance manager made everything easy and painless for me and got me through the process quickly and thoroughly. Thanks you all at Hilltop CDJR for making this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!

This dealership is TOP SHELF! Meeko was super responsive and in constant communication with me (even late into the evening) since I'm 60 miles away from Richmond. Jaret treated me with utmost professionalism to seal the deal. Upon delivery, he greeted me warmly and presented every meticulous detail of the car. While we were waiting we had very friendly conversations i.e. getting to know each other (ask to see pictures of his dog!). Tony (finance manager) was super friendly, helpful and not trying to push me to buy things I didn't want (I usually dread meeting and signing papers with finance managers) and we had a great chat sharing about our upbringings and he even gave me a crash course on the rules of cricket, LOL. Buying cars can be rough and tough and these guys are the complete opposite of that! 10 STARS!!

i just recently purchased a vehicle from Hilltop which was an awesome experience. i live in Florida so my purchase needed a little bit more hand holding. Cesar at Hilltop was on point walking me through the process, keeping me updated and even sending me pictures. Definitely world class service. I believe when you make vehicle purchase, there needs to be a relationship between the salesman and the buyer. No doubt i have a relationship with Hilltop now. i would recommend them to anyone i am associated with…Thanks for everything Cesar!

I literally hate going to get my car serviced. Have to say, Hilltop made it pretty painless. Drove up, handed my keys and 2 hours later to the minute of their estimate, fluids changed, tires rotated and pressured all included in my Jeep Wave program. Well done Hilltop.

First of all, I thank God for the opportunity to purchase my new truck at this dealership because I am very grateful to God for the special person who put us on the path to be able to carry out this entire process from the first day we arrived César left running towards us with a smile and kindness, he treated us so kindly that my wife and I were surprised by the way he treated us no matter if we were going to buy or not, he was always so kind and I think that helps a lot since they don't see you As a rare thing, as in other dilers, I highly recommend this place and preferably I recommend that you ask for César, a very kind and polite person and you will be surprised with the treatment he gives you. Thank you very much for everything to the manager and César.

I was researching various 4x4's to see which ones would make a good fit for what I thought I would want. When I arrived on the Jeep lot, I met with Cesar Maldonado. Cesar was very gracious with his time, knowledgeable, not just about the various Stellantis brands, but other brands as well. He informed me he was a Jeep owner himself, and was very candid and honest about the vehicle and how it could fit my needs. He wasn't pushy, he gave us his full attention, knowing that we were considering, but not committed. Try and find a car salesperson who is like that today, based on my experiences you will be "lap dropped" onto another sales person, they just won't waste their time on you and want to get back to their phone. You could go to Toyota and be told you can't test drive a 4 Runner TRD Pro, because they are so hot, and people want them with zero to no miles on them..or when you drive one you find out how out dated it is. You decide. I decided I wasn't ready to take the plunge into a new vehicle right now, despite the great offers and deals that Cesar had shared with us, and other dealers are starting to offer. I would have to finance the vehicle, and the one I really wanted was 80K or more, I forget, but it looks like a tank, could probably save your family in time of a crisis. Jeeps are definitely versatile, and purpose built, so if you are looking for a Jeep, or any other car on their lot (Challenger?), be sure to ask for Cesar, he will take good care of you. Oh, and this young man is an Army Vet, so you know you are dealing with an individual who values integrity, I'm sure, this "he will defend". Thank you Cesar for making our shopping experience pleasant, welcoming, and educational.

If you need help with purchasing a new or used car Cesar is the man to go see. My mother recently retired and her vehicle broke down. Cesar was very patient and he walked her through the process . She felt very comfortable with him and she's so happy with her decision. We visited other dealerships and by far the best customer service. Dodge Hilltop has a customer for life.

They have got to be the most egregious service department in Hilltop. They double up on your repair charges. They have taken advantage of an elderly woman. They charged my mother in law for two diagnostic test; $270 each. One to find the problem, and a second to check they fixed the problem. How do you charge someone if you are double checking your work. Is it that the mechanic didn't know how to actually fix the problem and they guessed what the issue was, and needed a second diagnostic to make sure it's fixed. In speaking with other Service Managers in Hilltop Auto Mall. They all confirmed that Hilltop Jeep took advantage of her.

I recently got service on my van here and had a pleasant experience. My service advisor was Gus and he was friendly, he told me that they had the part I needed in stock. He mentioned that would only take a few hours to fix, whereas at another dealer I had to wait until the next day for a minor issue. I was able to get an appointment quickly compared to the other dealership (one of the main reasons I chose this dealership). They gave me a ride to BART and offered to pick me up at BART when I returned. Gus just gave me a follow up call to check if everything was okay. Overall I had a seamless and positive experience and was impressed with their level of service.

looking for 2024 Ram 1500 Limited, I send an email and Mauricio give me the information 3 days later I came to the Dealership, Mauricio was off that day, he still answer his phone to my calls, he ask me to look for Salvador, we work the numbers on my trade, they also matched the discount from another dealer and give me a good value for my trade.

Went in for a repair,Dough and the customer drop off driver took great care of me. Was able to get dropped off/picked up and my car came back cleaner than when I left it!!
