Not tell me why it was never caught the last 3 times. Has me wondering if my oil changed were ever done. Also got told my skid plate bolts are getting “stripped” no one else has changed my oil but toyota hilltop.

I have taken my two Toyotas for service here for years. I used to pay $160.00 for a oil change and tire rotation on my Tacoma. I got charged almost two hundred for the same service. I won't be going back for service anymore. Only warranty work!

It pains me to give such a low rating, but I have had two very negative experiences with this dealership. First, in 2021 I was on the showroom floor looking for a new vehicle. I was looking for a good 15-20 minutes and no one approached me to see if I needed help. A non minority gentleman walked in wearing a suit and tie and salesmen came out of the shadows asking if he needed help. In addition a family of three Latin women walked in and the other sales person approached them. As an African American male I was made to feel neglected.
Needless to say I went into San Francisco Toyota and bought my car.
The second incident happened to me last Friday August 8th. I had an 8:45 appointment for service on my 2021 Camry. The service attendant Liew Saeechow initially told me all I would need is the check of tires and rotation and usual fluid checks. I t would be about 90 minutes. I gave my contact info and stated I was going to the gym. It has always been the practice of Mike and other attendants to phone me when my car was ready, or needed additional maintenance. I returned to the waiting area and waited an additional hour with no service attendants notifying me. I then approached Liew who told me that they found two issues with my vehicle that were under warranty and that he submitted a claim to get them repaired. He said, he would know something in about 30 minutes. I was there an additional two hours and Liew never approached me with updates. He didn’t offer a rental car,. I had to approach him and ask for a shuttle so I could leave and eat. By then it was 1:20 PM. I then went home to have lunch and await his call. I ended up calling him only to find out they had no rental car available, I finally went and picked up my vehicle and delivered it to SF Toyota. I was in and out of SF Toyota in 15 minutes with a brand new rental car.
I was later contacted by the Hilltop employee who stated I had to bring the car back to him for service because he filed the warranty claim.
That was totally false and SF Toyota intercede on my behalf. We are a Toyota family and my wife and son have brand new Toyotas but will not be going back to Hilltop
