It is no exaggeration to say that they have some of the worse customer experience. The way they direct their calls is terrible. They transfer you and you're put right back into their bot caller. I came in to fix the back camera of my 2021 Nissan Sentra. I got a notice from nissan explaining how their cars have a problem with the wiring in the back camera snapping because of movement. I imagined it was going to be a more seamless process because this is a known issue. Twin or however you spell his name has been responsible for my service. He has been nothing but dismissive and unhelpful. It took me calling for updates to even get any. No replacement rental was given during these two days. It wasn't until the third day of not having my car that I finally got the opportunity to get a rental and now I'm stuck in their lobby having to wait 1 hour 30 mins to get a rental, that Twin said was arriving in 10 mins. Honestly I've been coming here for a bit and it's always been difficult, but these past few times I've come here has been intolerable.

September 14, 2023 I left my Nissan SUV at Hanlees Hilltop for services with Ortiz , Viviana. I had called a week ahead of time & schedule appointment I happen to call there was no appointment made for me so I had to make appointment that day September 14 at 9:45. Customer Service skills trash . This service department lies all the time they don't want to work but get paid to sit on their ass. I am a customer I have a warranty on my car, so what is the problem? They have not called me to even get the problem fixed. I've been like two weeks .No body has called me to try to get this matter fixed like I said they lie about everything they don't do their job . They even lied to me when I had a nail in my tire . Hanlees Hilltop Nissan said don't they don't fix tires & told me to go somewhere else I swear lying to me because I am a woman. What do you fix at the dealership? What? What what I don't see them doing any kind of work I don't see any kind of progress. I just see wasting my time. My car was there for two days and when I told her I was coming to get my car all of a sudden she had somebody look at my car and they say my car has gas. The roof of the top of the car got spray-painted it so they couldn't fix it. My warranty can't fix it and I have a warranty. This is bullshit. I got a second opinion from SCR Collision & estimates said it's not spray paint. I really don't think my car was look at by any one . When I called Friday 09/15/23 at 12:00pm nobody had looked at my car i'm being told by the receptionist at hilltop then I get a call at 12:55pm I can pick my car up the warranty won't cover it.

Had my changeoil service yesterday, and all staffs are helpful and accomodating. booked my appointment few days ago and i came 30 mins earlier than my appointment and they helped me immediately.

Randy at Hanlee's took great care of me this past two weeks! I had to trade in my Kona EV and wanted to upgrade to the Ioniq 5 RWD, but the dealership only had AWD. Randy searched around and was finally able to locate my new beautiful car all the way in Santa Clara. He did a dealer trade with them and had one of his drivers pick the car up and deliver it to Richmond. He took time to show me all the special features (and there are A LOT!), went on two test drives with me, and made sure to get me the best possible deal he could. This is the second time I've worked with him and he provided the same excellent service when I leased my Kona 3 years ago. Also, Abdul in the finance department was super professional, kind, and efficient as he guided me through the paper signing process. I was going to the Concord Hyundai for service just because it's closer to where I live, but I'm going to make the extra drive to Richmond from now on. Thanks Hanlee's Hilltop :) I love the new vehicle!

Needs better customer service. Especially the receptionist, needs training in customer service and proper way of answering the phones and directing calls. Was put on hold for a long time and assuming they forgot about me. Then transferred to the wrong dept while holding for a long time!! Service is slow!

I had leased a car 3years ago. No problem. I went to roll over my lease. There were and still are many issues. Not happy with the way management have handled me and my mother. However, I have worked closely with a sales person named Arnold Torres. He has been a jewel, he's tried and continues to try to help me put my issues to rest. He's been diligent, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I'm grateful to work with him. Arnold was ill on one of the occasions I was to work with him. His associate stepped in, appearing yesterday seamlessly to help out. Again, he was courteous, kind, he listened and did his best to help me attain my needs. Both these guys were great! Again, however, The management team I dealt with left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Alright let me first start off don't buy a car from Vallejo Nissan there trash .. sold me a pile of junk.I traded it in for a new car at Hanlees Nissan in Richmond .. Juan was my salesman and he was nice and helpful .. but that's not the reason I bought .. the reason I bought the car is because of the finance director Trenton .. between he clean cut beard to his tasteful ink on his arms ... he was professional and very funny .. he made a hard decision simply easy .. him and Juan made me feel like part of of the family which I didn't get from the other store .. so if you need a car or suv go to Hanlees hilltop Nissan and ask for Trenton the finance director and Juan the salesman .. and whatever you do make sure Trenton does your paperwork and not the Latin finance guy who no one can understand.. byeeeee

I would give negative 5 if I could. Located a deal on True Car- received an email with the out the door price and vin number. Called a Salesperson, talked to him and he said the car was available and spoke to his sales manager about it. I was not in town and asked if I could have someone else sign. They said ABSOLUTELY -- I called a relative to go in and sign------Upon hearing that I was going to have a representative do all the paperwork for me--all of a sudden the sales manager said he wasn't going to sell it at that price. Classic Bait and Switch. I don't blame the sales person. I blame the sales manager for pulling this.
