I've purchased several vehicles in the past 8 years.This was by far the worst experience that I had overall. From the back-and-forth back and forth negotiations to ultimately giving me what I asked for in the beginning the long wait with nothing happening short staff. If I wasn't so exhausted by the time the deal was ready to happen. I would have left a long time ago I didn't want my day to go to waste. The only plus side is I did get the vehicle that I wanted.

Went for one thing and now it's another thing that went bad due to their terrible service .not putting screws back when removing parts.Takes forvever to answer and return calls Whenever I get my truck back never ever ever again

I had a terrible experience at GMC Hanlees Hilltop, located at 3255 Auto Plaza, Richmond, CA 94806. I scheduled an appointment online and indicated that I needed a ride, as the form asked.
I had an appointment at 7:45 AM, and they took 39 minutes to attend to me. But the worst part was waiting for my ride for an hour. Additionally, the ride is shared. They dropped off the other customers first, and I was the last one, which meant an extra 47 minutes to get to work. The pick-up was the same ordeal, and that's without mentioning all the upselling they try to do just to charge more.
They are not organized with their time, and they are not honest with their services. I recommend everyone reading this to visit another location. The facilities are clean, but they lack better management and have no customer service. The ride service is the worst part.
At GMC Vacaville, the service is incredible, and the ride is fast and personalized.

Quoted me $620 to change the 12v battery in my Chevy Bolt, so ordered one online ($182) and replaced it myself. Tried to work with them on the price but they insisted labor would take 1.5 hours (it took me 6 minutes).

Service Person
I went to do a cleaning service that offered the buyer a new vehicle when he arrived for my appointment. From the moment I told him that I was going, he was rude and without any sympathy, I went to look for someone else and the very kind cashier told me that she would look for someone else. The person I had made my appointment with left and this man came back to me telling me that they wouldn't do anything for me and that I should look for the seller being again rude and arrogant.
