They moved my car around the corner and they broke my car front wheels. And the car don't go straight anymore. Luckly that I noticed before getting on the freeway. What would happen if I didn't noticed?. Make sure to hire professionals next time. Now I have to pay to get it fix. Just retrain your workers.

They are the best company the nicest people and I could not believe how nice they were I would rate them on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a 100 if it was not for this tow company I wouldn't be talking to you right now in that I was so sick and also three of my family members as we speak including my mother who is still on oxygen on from covid-19 and starting up my Ministry business has been a very big toll on me this company was called out to tow my car because the tags were up this company who towed my car when I got there to pick up my car they helped me I did not have the money for the spare tires I didn't have the money to even to get home can you imagine that they are very very very beautiful people for the people that had help take my car away turned out to be and will be friends for the rest of my life I don't forget nothing and they trusted me for tire till I get paid tonight at midnight how many people do that because it was such an emergency situation for me if they didn't help me I wouldn't be talking to you today lessons are always blessings that's why I am in Ministry and I must tell you they are very good people and and truly blessed to help somebody when we are all going through it together I was truly amazed at the service I got and the niceness of all the workers it was hard to believe they works for the tow company that took my car away because of the police told them to in any level bless them all Lord bless them all in all that they love I give them a 100 plus and they are all going to see the kingdom of heaven because they are beautiful people I say the song The Name of Jesus Christ amen from StreetWise Ministries

Friday night 6/26/20 in the dark hills of Fairfield Ca. I was rescued by Don And Joe from Freeman’s Tow service at 57 Parr blvd Richmond!! This car was for sure to be damaged when pulled out but these guys took their time, checking every angle when pulling out slowly and actually helped it from being damaged like we all thought it would be!! These guys are very professional!! I still drove away right after!! I couldn’t thank you guys enough !! But Thank you very very much !!

They got me out of a tough spot in Oakland - crossing Police lines where I was stuck at a homicide scene (and robbed) because I tried to charge my electric car at an EVgo charger that did not work. They put my car on a large flat bed, fully off road, and took me home...where they pushed my car into my garage where I could finally charge it back up. I couldn't ask for more aid in the midst of a miserable situation (PS don't rely on electric car chargers...over half don't work).

My experience was a tough test. Freeman's towed me out of a homicide crime scene in Oakland where Police Caution tape was already up and I was robbed on the spot while trying to get me electric car charged...at an EVGo charger that DID NOT WORK. The put my car on a large bed truck, fully off the ground, and got me home safe, putting the car in my garage to recharge it. Couldn't ask for more in a tough situation.

This company moved my car yesterday and the f***** my car. I tried driving it and the front left wheel wobble and my stearing wheel. Make sure if you guys sent people to move cars, make sure they know what they doing.

When I call freeman's the Customer service was very good. They sent someone out fast , I'm not sure of he's name , I think it was DON he was great , he help out a lot . I would say he went beyond with the help , He did a great job. At 2:am in the morning it's really hard to get some help out there , even when they say they're open 24 hours . You guys did it .. Save us big time ..THANK YOU !!!

Long story short, we got our car stuck on a medium and were in desperate need of help. Don and Joel came to our rescue! They were quick + efficient in getting to our location, and thoughtful and efficient in how they towed it our car. I was a little worried that it would get damaged in the process but they were very careful and our Honda Elephant (what we call our gray Honda Element) came off the medium without a scratch. Highly recommend - thanks y'all!

After waiting 2hrs for Toro Road Runners tow company to send me the wrong kind of tow truck requested, it was Freeman's that came through. Honest ETAs and friendly staff/drivers.

I got a flat tire on the expressway and I called Freeman's tow service and Caroline was super nice and helpful with getting a truck out there to help me get off the busy expressway. She gave me an initial ETA for 30 mins but it didn't even take 15 mins for the tow truck to come. The driver Don was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this company. I appreciate the service. Thanks for being open and available during this pandemic.

Ignore the outdated bad reviews, Freeman's is under new ownership, two TERRIFIC ladies have taken it over and I cannot sign their praises loudly enough. Hard-working, resourceful; they towed FIVE cars for me that had been abandoned. Did if safely, promptly and with good cheer. The ladies have taken over a troubled business and to their enormous credit are determined to turn it around. Their equipment is brand new, their professionalism first rate. This is exactly the kind of business everyone should be supporting!
