I first went to rent a car due to my car being repairs from an accident, to which there was a small miscommunication issue and I thought I wouldn't get a rental. But the manager was able to correct it and get me in a rental within the same morning. He was super nice and we both apologized for the issue, I was overall satisfied with his service. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. I was also satisfied with the return process with Devon Taylor. He was quick, very nice and friendly and also arranged a ride for me right away so I can pick up my car. I look forward to renting from here, if needed, in the future.

Double charged my card for refundable holding fee of $200 then turned around and said it was a "glitch in the system" and that my money would be returned however I only received $200 of the $400 I was charged for I am so upset because I didn't even receive a courtesy call regarding this matter I I had to call them after looking at my account transactions

Super courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I left my garage remote on the visor and called about it ASAP. They couldn't find it and never did.

Branch manager Devon Mortimer is extremely unprofessional and rude. I booked a reservation for a car and after taking and Uber to the location with all of my baggage, I was told they did not have any cars of that class available, and when I asked, I was told that they would not honor the price I was quoted when I made the reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and Devon Mortimer refused to contact one. I asked him to give me his manager's contact info so I could call and he told me they don't have a phone number. I asked him to make a note that he refused to allow me to speak to his manager, and he refused to do so. I asked why not, and he said "because it would be tedious". This person should not be "managing" anything.

I fell in love with the car. I enjoyed my rental. The guys at the dealership were great. I've noticed they are patient as well (customer before me was kinda difficult). I do plan to use them again for any car rental needs.

The Staff at the Richmond office was courteous and more than helpful, unlike the employees at the Vallejo office who were rude and absolutely no help what so ever! Even though I had already reserved a car. Fortunately, the manager Devon at the Richmond office was so accommodating and within 15 minutes I was out the door with a car. No hassle it was a welcome change from my experience in Vallejo.

Great service... made reservations thru Costco Travel and picked up the car... they texted after 2 days to make sure everything is good with the rented vehicle... nice and great customer service ?

In the past I had very good experience here. We had to get a car from here due to our car getting hit. The other insurance provided a car from Enterprise. We ended up having to 249. We returned the vehicle, my husband when he got the car he was asked to sign for an up grade which he thought was just signing to agree for the rental. I tried calling and explaining they said he signed he didn't understand what he was signing for, I believe this was done like a sell, now we has to Pay for a car we got due to our car getting hit, never rented from Enterprise again.
