Really poor service. I hope they replace the pharmacy staff with my service-oriented people.

I am a DoorDash/uber driver, I walked into this cvs to do a DoorDash order and everything was empty and I asked the manger why is everything empty because a lot of items that I was looking for, for my order they didn’t have it. I asked the manger why is everything empty and he gave me an attitude and kicked me out the store for no reason. The manger has an attitude all the time and I will not be coming back to this store. Everyone BEWARE!!

Very rude pharmacist Women. Never take or choose medicine from this location. This is insane I hate this place specially pharmacy. Unprofessional customer service and very rude .if you are busy and can’t help your customer hire someone who can and don’t be rude to others.

Friendly pharmacist (great to see a woman) and always kind and friendly checkout person (a middle-aged woman who rightfully comments each time on how much money I save with their coupons and Rewards).

I agree with the other reviewer's opinion. The pharmacy people don't like their job. I don't understand why cvs hire people not willing to work there. I have been getting my meds from this location for 5 years. About every 2 weeks. The male pharmacy and a male tech are so nice and caring. After the male tech left, the new tech with blonde hair is so not helpful and try whatever she could to do less works. I am very disappointed with this location. I have to say, if the cvs management or the job is not what you like. Or if you don't want to help with sick people . You deserve something u like. You should never put your attitude to others, especially customers. "Sick customer who need help and guid". It's totally not ethical and acceptable.

They hate their jobs and couldn't care less about the patients. Get your medicine by other means like a different pharmacy, or home delivery.

It took me four trips to the pharmacy to get medication filled. They are shorthanded, understaffed. I will not be returning.

Allow me to enthrall you with my recent visit to the CVS establishment located on Meeker Avenue in the charming town of Richmond, California. It was an experience that unveiled a new facet of everyday conveniences in a most unexpected manner.
Upon arrival at the shopping center, this particular CVS proved to be nothing short of an anchor, elegantly poised at the heart of the plaza. Its imposing facade beckoned to me with an air of familiarity and ease. Naturally, I was drawn to explore this newfound gem.
To my delight, I soon discovered that this CVS establishment featured a fully-fledged pharmacy, catering to the wellness needs of the community. It is no exaggeration to say that this is a veritable apothecary, serving the health-conscious residents of Richmond with grace and dignity.
However, my enthusiasm waned slightly as I ventured deeper into the store. It pains me to admit that the inventory, in several departments, appeared to be lacking in its usual abundance. Some shelves bore the forlorn appearance of a library missing its books, a pantry without its provisions. This, my dear readers, was rather disconcerting, for one expects a certain level of completeness in such a respected establishment.
Moreover, it came to my attention that the pharmacy had hours of operation that could prove inconvenient for many. Alas, they chose to close at the rather early hour of 5 PM. This, I must confess, left me somewhat befuddled, for one might require the services of a pharmacy at later hours, especially in times of dire need.
Nevertheless, an unexpected delight awaited me within these very walls. A Citi Bank ATM, inconspicuously situated inside, offered a most convenient solution for one's financial needs. It is a stroke of genius, I dare say, to combine banking and pharmacy services under one roof.
As for parking, dear readers, I was pleased to find that it was not in short supply. The CVS offers a plethora of parking spaces for its patrons, ensuring that one's visit is not marred by the tedious search for a parking spot. And to my amazement, right outside the establishment, I espied Tesla superchargers—a testament to the forward-thinking nature of this establishment.
In conclusion, the CVS on Meeker Avenue in Richmond, California, serves as a solid cornerstone of the local shopping center. Its impressive pharmacy services, coupled with convenient financial amenities and ample parking, ensure that it is a noteworthy addition to the community. However, it is my humble hope that the inventory issues can be swiftly resolved and that the pharmacy's hours may be extended for the benefit of all.
Yours in discovery and discernment.

This is a small, local CVS. Think of it more like a neighborhood pharmacy. Daniel, the pharmacist, and the pharmacy staff are thoughtful, capable, and pro-active. The store has limited space, and you might have to go to bigger stores for some stuff. But I am really glad it’s here.

Pharmacy now only open 10am-5pm every day so those of us with normal jobs can't make it while open. Ran out of glucose sensors for my insulin pump because of it. Will be changing my prescription to Express Scripts mailorder.Woman working the main cash register was nice enough though.
