My husband's F150 truck was given special attention. Cruz Automotive Repair listened to my husband, explained the process, and devised a solution together. So our experience was less stressful and very much appreciated. We found this auto shop through a referral from a friend.

This is my second time getting work done at Cruz Auto. They are very professional at Cruz Auto. They completed the work in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the great job they did. I had brakes replaced, a tune up, and transmission fluid change.

The folks at Cruze auto repair in Richmond couldn’t have been more helpful. They were all friendly and quickly diagnosed and repaired my car issues. They are very knowledgeable about problems with my vehicle, a VW GTI. I happily recommend them.

I originally was looking for a shop to perform an A/c service and Cruz Auto Repair performed an in-depth engine diagnosis with an oil change service with pictures confirming engine components in need of replacement as well as suspension parts that were worn out which I agreed and appreciated the attention to detail, my vehicle was kept safe during the service that took some days due to my vehicle having some age, none the less I received txt updates and part arrival and completion of the repair, pricing was fair even when requested repairs to be added. I will return for future projects ensuring my vehicle is running in tip-top shape even with its age and mileage.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! I came into Cruz auto repair to have my Mini Countryman repaired due to check engine light on! These mechanics really took care and time with my vehicle, the gentleman named Clark in the office explained to me how GDI engines work and gave me helpful reading information also. Prices are reasonable and service is superb!!

My car was vandalized, and my wipers were stripped off. I came to Cruz auto repair a couple of days after that, or maybe a week or so, and the gentleman that was behind the counter handled everything. Professionally Mercedes-Benz parts are hard to come by, but he found the parts I paid him in full because of his reliability. I had a 9 o'clock appointment a few minutes back and I say 7 to 8 minutes back and I was there at the appointment didn't take them long to put them on I tested them and they were just perfect. I recommend the cruz auto repair because they have very good technicians and repair people this is a wonderful choice for auto repair.

I had a great experience with Cruz Auto Repair. Clark and Agustin are both very friendly and professional. They gave me a printout with the details of their thorough inspection, letting me know what was essential to fix and what can wait. There was no pressure to do any work done at all. They worked on my breaks and wheel bearings. The price came in under the estimate and the work was done quickly. They use a text system to allow you to approve part or all of an estimate. In sum, it's a great shop and I recommend them!Service: General repairs & maintenance
