Hale takes your fitness goals seriously. I went to another "machines-only" type gym and had decent results. However, I couldn't reach my goals. Hale shaped my routine to fit my style a bit better, and the results were evident, quickly. I'm healthier now than I have been in years.

When I first joined Hale, my only goal was to do one strict pull up. Fast forward to six years later and we're now doing Bar Muscle Ups! Hale has helped me achieve fitness goals and skills I would've never imagined for myself. Great community of people and coaches who inspire you to improve your health and fitness.
