Very rude and dismissive staff, especially the manager. Will go to a different Costco next time.

Sunday evening got a flat tire and took it to Costco. Jimmie, helped me and advised of road hazard warranty and order a new tire. I was called when the tire came in a day later, and Diego helped me get it installed. Jimmie, made time for me on the Sunday evening and I thank you all for getting me back on the road. Super job!

I pre-ordered 4 tires online for installation.. Today I came to the store and saw that it was not busy, so I asked if they accept walk-ins? They accepted and processed my car quickly.. But they suddenly called me and told me that the tire size I ordered was wrong and did not fit the car.. I needed to re-order.. As a result, they refunded my money and charged me for the new 4 tires.. But later I found out that it was not my car that ordered the wrong size tires, but another car of the same model as mine.. Later, the tires I ordered were installed again.. I didn't pursue this matter as long as I could get new tires.. So it was too busy there.. The customer's name and phone number could be confused.. So next time you change tires, you must pay attention to your information..

Because I don't have an appointment for my flat (who would have figured?), it may be all day to wait for a turn in line after other walk-ins.
Really?
Where is management and customer service?
He said, "No guarantee it can be fixed today," but they close in 5 hours.
Really, management?
Is this customer service for a *member"?

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Costco location regarding their tire services, and I feel compelled to share my review. I visited the store with a flat tire on a Saturday, only to find that the tire they had previously installed couldn't hold air for more than 10-15 minutes. Despite driving 8 miles to reach the location, they refused to accommodate me, citing busyness, and instructed me to return the next day at 8:45 AM, even though the store didn't open until 9:00 AM. I expressed concern about driving back due to safety reasons, but my plea fell on deaf ears, and they sent me away. When I returned promptly at 8:45 AM the next day as instructed, no one was there until 9:00 AM. The employee who eventually showed up, Shay, informed me that they couldn't assist me until 10:00 AM due to another employee calling in sick. Their attitude was dismissive and unapologetic, as if it was my fault for their employee's absence. Despite having a family commitment to pick up my kids at noon, I decided to wait, assuming they wouldn't open until 10:00 AM. However, to my dismay, they opened the entire store within 10 minutes of their scheduled opening time. When I inquired again about my tire, they took it in but informed me that they wouldn't release it until 10:00 AM and that others would have priority over me. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude. It's disheartening to see Costco, a company known for its customer service, fail so miserably in honoring their commitments and providing timely assistance, especially when safety is at stake. It begs the question: what good are Costco tires and warranties if they can't uphold their end of the bargain when it matters most? It's akin to having a great doctor who's useless in an emergency. Overall, I would rate this Costco location with 1 out of 5 stars, and I strongly advise others to reconsider using their tire services. when you have job security you would be rude to your customers. Very rude talking people. it's up to you to decide if you are ready to lose your respect for saving few bucks.

Had a flat tire this morning - AAA filled it with air and sent me to the tire shop for what they believed was a quick repair. Headed to Costco since my tires are under warranty there - had to "walk in" as appointments are only available 3+ weeks out, which isn't a viable option for repairs. Waited 7 hours before giving up and asking for my keys back - the woman told me my car was next, but it would be at least another hour. I appreciate they're busy, but they need a better approach for quick repairs that the company is responsible for - it seems virtually impossible to get a warranty repair. I went to another tire store on the way home and had a repair in 15 minutes.

I called yesterday for a possible walk-in opportunity, and they asked me to come by tomorrow. I purchased the tires from them, and they even checked the order number and confirmed that they have my tires. However, after waiting for an hour today to get my tires replaced, the staff member informed me that tire replacements can only be done by appointment. Now, I have to wait more than two weeks, not to mention the time today that I've already wasted waiting. They are extremely unprofessional and do not even remember what they said yesterday.

Good prices. SLOW service. You have to wait forever to get an appointment, and then they book too many so you have to wait like twice as long as they promise.

I had an appointment for 11 to install my new tires. They have made the installation much more cumbersome unnecessarily. Now you have to go on and order your tires a head of time. When I called to make an appointment, they didn't tell me this so I had to reschedule when I realized you had to have your tires ordered first and then wait for confirmation at the warehouse. My appt was for 11am and because the parking lot here is a zoo on weekends (you literally sit in one place for 5 minutes bc people are waiting for spaces and there are not enough spaces on a weekend, so I drove around for 10 min before I found a spot. When we went to the tire service center, an employee informed us that I had to check in inside. After waiting another 10 min in line to get the front (note, now 11:20), the one cashier they had was a trainee and didn't understand how to look up my order. Eventually he did and he asked for my phone number. I gave him my cell and explicitly noted that my cell service was poor, so was he sure the call would go through. He said yes. We walked around the warehouse for 2 hours and I finally returned to find out what was taking so long. They told me they tried to fall me 4 times but I never answered. Why did I not answer? Bc the cell service didn't work. They then told me they needed the wheel locks. I asked why they hadn't paged me over the PA system. I asked why they didn't remind folks--in the reminder email--to bring wheel locks. I didn't even know my car had them. I asked why they didn't tell every customer that cell service was spotty and that I needed to stay in a location where I had good cell service. The manager continued to say there was nothing they could do about the cell service. I said, "Except tell customers it didn't work and they needed to stay outside of the warehouse where there is service after about 45 min". I explained that I had expressly asked the cashier if service was an issue and he said no. We waited 2 hours before checking in and learning about the wheel locks. I had to drive all the way back to my apt (30 minutes) and back to Costco to get the tires installed. Total time from door to door: 5.5 hours. I have a million things to so this weekend and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Absolutely not worth any amount of savings. And the truth is the tire places I have used before have had comparable deals with much better service and systems.

. manager was so unprofessional, and he needed to be educated about running a business, especially when running a busy tire sho ike COSTCO. I have an appointment at 10 a.m, so when I get there, I read the sign that show on the picture attched, so automatically i need to make a line where it says members with appointments only. I was the only one in that line, and maybe 6 people on the walking line. Helped three of the 6 peoples and then I asked him: Is there anyone who can help me, or you guys have only one line. he said that there is only one line, sir.I got so upset ? and i did not say anything. when it was my turn, I asked Daniel: Why do you guys have 2 lines, and you are working only with one line, and you saw standing there and waiting and yiu did not say anything about. so I told him that you should block one line and have only one, so customers won't get confused. His response was even shocking ?, and he said: I AM NOT GOUNG TO DISCUSS THIS WHITH YOU.SO I asked him if I could speak with the manager, and he said: I AM THE MANAGER .....
