Worst Chase I’ve ever been to. Manager came out to talk to us after we were waiting for a banker and talked us out of opening an account. Suggested we go to another chase because they close in an hour. Mind we had just gotten off of work and could only make it at that time, still in our work clothes we were told we can’t open an account. Terrible.

I found a KINDNESS there at Chase Bank in Richmond, 12121 San Pablo Ave! I was greeted with Migell’s smile at the door, the minute my sister, her son and I walked in. Miguel Paniagua then explained to us that we need to obtain an appointment to open a new account. After he checked with his associate, Kiuver Orizabal they were able to take us in since Kiuver’s appointment did not show up. So, we sat down at Kiuver’s cubicle, and he took his time, explained everything that we needed to know in order to open a student account. It was closer to the Bank’s closing time, but Kiuver did rush us. He also recommended a few new products for us. He was knowledgeable and kind. At the end I want this branch is my main branch where I would be visiting when I need it. Keep up the good work you guys!

I set up an appointment for my husband to have some documents notarized. The person who was going to do the notarization was busy with another customer and did not even acknowledge his presence. Why has this branch office one one teller at our appointed time for notarization? This is not the way to run a business and I should know as a Chase small business account holder.

Chase Bank's on-line portal to help with mortgage questions is close to worthless. Very disappointing customer experience. ;o(

After contemplating for a good while, i finally decided to try banking with Chase. I was told by a friend that Chase bank was terrible because they dont care but i like to judge based off of my own experience. Im not good with banking online so i went in person to get more help opening an account and to explore available options, only to be told to go back online. Now i understand how my friend felt about Chase. Went to this bank today to open a new account and deposit a check.. Person helping me asked if i had an appointment, i said no and asked if they did walk ins. He said that they did take walk-ins but they were booked for the day (it was 1 hour before closing and the place was half empty) and that i wouldnt be able to deposit the check anyway because my account would be too new and that i can just open an account online. Ive been to other banks before and they usually ask alot of questions to try to be helpful and were welcoming. At Chase it felt like i was wasting their time and they were trying to get rid of me. Honestly, it felt like a "We have more than enough people at the moment, we dont need you" type of experience. I think ill just try another bank.

Everyone seems friendly here. ATM dosen't always work but don't be lazy just get out n walk to the ATM...like the one's inside and use them frequently. There's always security & they are pretty nice and greet you.

This is the worst bank . The costumer service is trash . I called today to have better assistance with my credit and debit card and this person answered very rudely ,She just gave me a phone number to call which no one answered only the operator . I regret Open an account with this bank . I will be switching to Wells Fargo soon. 6/2/23
