Impeccable, expert customer service from people who seem like instant friends, run out of a vast redwood-domed hangar of a showroom that's worth a visit even if you're not in the market for a carpet. Small local business owned by a man who started working there as a teenager and ended up owning the shop. A wide selection of carpets, with a very generous selection of remainder bolts at prices that will make you happy. We chose a lovely carpet on Wednesday afternoon and our bedroom was finished --- wall-to-wall--- *on Thursday morning* (!)...
