All I need to say is this is the worst bank I’ve ever been to in my life. The customer service is horrible. And you would think the manager would be a little better, but she was horrible as well. They treated me like I was coming in there to rob the bank. I paid attention how people of their color came in and how respectful they was to them as soon as I got to the window , this is what happened They’re Were very rude when it comes to color. I had the worst experience ever with Bank of America customer service on McDonald in Richmond California they need to retrain their cashiers because they are the most rudest disrespectful people I have ever met And that’s because they are hidden behind that thick glass but from now on, I’m just going to start calling the blood of Jesus and see if that makes them have a better day

I write to express my profound disappointment with the level of service I encountered yesterday. As a dedicated member of the Bank of America Advisory Panel, it saddens me deeply to have to bring forth this issue, but I feel compelled to share my troubling experience.
I visited your branch with an urgent business concern. The two week delay option in setting up an appointment was exceptionally concerning. Instead of the assistance and respect I anticipated, I was met with a distressing level of disrespect from two of the employees. Despite my utmost efforts to maintain a courteous demeanor, I was informed that my tone of voice was not appreciated. This encounter was disheartening, especially with the bank manager was present in close proximity. It became apparent that the employees lacked an understanding of the complexities of conducting business and fell short in basic customer service interactions. In my own line of work, such disregard for customers' needs and disrespectful conduct would have led to severe consequences. My issue was solved with a 15 minute call to Bank of America. It should have been solved in a similar fashion when I went to this bank location. I ask the question the purpose of having bank locations. It was a waste of value time.
This experience left me with the unsettling impression that this branch does not prioritize the needs of valued customers, particularly those who do not speak Spanish. This perception is deeply troubling and does not align with the core values of inclusivity and excellent customer service that Bank of America strives to uphold. The best asset of this bank location is indeed the security guard.

On February 7I changed 3 checks in cash, the cashier gave me $100 dollars. I thought they were honest. I don't have a program that didn't give me all the money.On February 13I went back to report what happened at mentanilla, they asked me for the name of the cashier if they don't have any identification. He told me to call me, I haven't received any calls.

One of the worst service ever.There are always more than 10 people in lines and always only 2 teller windows serving and no priority for business client who has to come down every day and wait on line for hours. ?

Worst customer service ever. I had an appointment for notary on 10/19/23 10:30 am. We were there on time with all required documents. They lady declined to notarize and took her 15 mins break in the middle of our appointment and I had to wait 20 mins to show and explain the documents. But when she came back from break with all the attitude and refused to look at the documents and asked me to go to UPS to do notary. She was just wasting everybody's time and not doing her job. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. It was two page documents can be found anywhere in the internet and I brought two copies of it and she kept saying need all the pages. If Bank of America cares about customer service, She should be fired. Never go to that branch, or even avoid Bank of America.

On October 13th, I was very grateful to the manager her name is Andrea Pliego at Bank of America. Because we didn’t know we needed an appointment. I looked for many Bank of America in the United States and no one was willing to help us solve the problem, but my mother had to return to Hong Kong forever the next day and never come back, so we kept trying everywhere to find a bank that was willing to help. We found the fifth financial branch, and the manager was willing to help us. She found a banker to help us deal with the problem.

It’s Saturday November 18 2023,it’s 9:15 and 10+ ppl are waiting outside for them to open the door when they should be open at 9am felt bad for the security guard who everyone it’s complaining to and he can’t unlock the door.

Very bad service. We gave business account. They are very rude and bad attitude. The teller lady not able to catch the name blunt hair short height. She doesn’t know how to talk with customer and made satisfactory. What I ask she totally done opposite but we came back but like to talk to supervisor look alike they are same race she had also so much attitude. Instead of she need to talk to her employee she was angry with. We really don’t go in this location. First time omg. They need to go In shattuck ave berkerly and learn. These location shouldn't exists. I have give the benefit of the doubt until it happened to me . The day of the appt came I was getting out of the car when my phone ring telling me Don't come here I can't help you. Walk inside and ask for Mgr. she came standing tall and happy to state she is the Mgr and told me the same thing no explanation of why they can't help. She was able to give me no. to call and good thinking I dialed before leaving it was not working she went back and said the last digits were wrong and that the Lady who gave me the appointment doesn't know how to take care of this issue.... clearly Lady Mgr you need to step up including you and that Guy needs to know what Customer Service is and the definition of what it entails ...read your reviews .... I have to put a star or else I can't post this... Avoid these location if you can

Wish I could give 0 star. Made a new credit card with BoA and they force me to go to store to verify my identity. Thought it would be simple but got there and no one greats me in the lobby and asked what I needed. Had to interrupted a banker and was told I had to make an appointment in advance or just stayed in the lobby and waited if something opened up. I asked to make an appointment and came back later but they said all book up so decided to wait.What frustrated me was that they had so much free time after each appointment and they just sat in the cubicles or went into their private room without offering me any help. How long it would take to verify my identity.I hope I would never have to come back to this place again.
