Rude staff. Just completely rude and made you feel so unwelcome. I’ve never met such rude workers. I want to give the benefit of the doubt because you never know what people are going through, but don’t make other people have a miserable experience just because you are.

The battery that was to fit. My truck was $249. However, it was not in stock and was told to drive down to 13th street in Richmond. To pick it up, I opted too. Drive to O'reilly.Instead, and was able to buy a larger, better battery for under $200.

Online Buyer Beware. Store employees and the manager are completely incapable of doing online returns. I went twice after being told the first time i needed transaction numbers. So i called and got the numbers. Returned the following night only to be told the computers keep saying communication error. They could do nothing for me but tell me to take my faulty rotors and go home. That is the worst customer service possible and mind boggling to me that in this day and age of technology autozone couldn't do a simple return. I bought my parts from RockAuto. Much better service and quality parts.

Needed some fuel line for in tank fuel injection filter and pump. I would expect the sales staff to know that it's not the same as low pressure carburator fuel line. I was sold some transmission oil cooler line. At the time I didn't know the classification number to specify it. It's SAE J30 R10 it's expensive and hard to find. I checked it out before I installed what I was sold. If I hadn't it would have caused lots of problems down the road.

They are very helpful and organized store. They accept my return with not big smile. But, they did anyway. ?? they have septet section for businesses and stores. Business can buy and use tax exempt in any Autozone no matter where did you open an account.
