I highly recommend using K&L Auto Expert for all your towing needs! I took a trip to California from Canada to attend a family event. However, my car had broken down on the side of the freeway all of a sudden. With no help and feeling stranded on the side of the freeway I quickly did a google search and long and behold - K&L Auto Expert popped up. The guys here are so friendly and reliable! They came to pick me up in less than 30 minutes. What an Awesome Experience with this Company. I was delighted to meet Bishal Kumar, who was nothing but a true professional from the first phone call to the ride back to the hotel!

I have been having my cars serviced here since they opened many, many years ago. Montgomery Wards was located across the street and K & L was called Uniroyal I think. Anyway, being a single female some businesses try to take advantage and suggest repairs that are not needed. I've always been treated fairly and given the best service possible. They make every effort to do the repairs as quickly as possible and at a fair price. Everything I leave in my car is there when I get it back. I had a car that had to be serviced at the dealership I purchased it at. I left a case of CD's in the back. I later learned that someone who worked there had helped themselves to the CD's and left empty cases. Another service provider stole things out of the car and even stole the car's front hood emblem off of my Mini bonnet. Mini has a black circle with the Mini emblem in silver. The "replacement" was all silver/no black. I'm just mentioning this because of the honest servicing/pricing and quality of work I've always received at K & L Auto Expert. I've known most of the family over the years and they're the nicest people I know. Nothing racist about any of them. I'm an Afro-Am. senior female and believe me, I know "who's who's!" My sister drives from Fairfield to get her car serviced here too. Another longtime customer and she's as satisfied as I am.

It took 35 plus days for my repair on my car to be fixed. They claimed that the parts they ordered was not a good one. I was without a car all that time, had to spend over $1200 on car rental and l misses out on job opportunities. When asked about a car to use inwhich the repair shop was car lot of used cars as well. On the business card is ssys specialize ?when ask about the rental it was said nothing we can do and we dont give out loaner cars. Stop payment was made on the payment after over 30 days of waiting. When it was time to pick up the car weeks later he require cash. The inconvenience for me was very inconsiderate.

I found this used car dealership through my sister that recently purchased a car from. I was also looking for a new car to replace my older one that had other issues. Kumar was very helpful and very respectful when I arrived, he did not rush me and gave me the time I needed to look at the cars. He also let me test drive it by myself which I thought was pretty cool. The prices and taxes were a little high but I picked a very nice and reliable car. I love my new car and it runs great. This dealership gives warranties on all of his cars and takes value at making sure your car is well taken care of. If there is any issues , he takes responsibility and fixes whatever needs to be fixed. I Definitely recommend this dealership!
