Give this place a minus 5 *.this location don't even ask the customers if they have the ampm app they do whatever they want and they don't even have a washroom for the customers..I though arco ampm has a uniform policy because I been to plenty of arcos where I see the employees wearing blue and orange arco shirts and black or beige pants with black shoes. The guy at this location wears street clothes and I never seen him wash his hands after picking his nose. This place has dust on the shelves and the store looks dirty and smells really bad. They appeal need new manager and new employees for this location. Very rude employees at this location also. When I told him about the ampm app the employee became hostile towards me like he didn't understand that the ampm app is another store policy to ask customers if they have the app. Never coming back to this location. They should fire everyone at this location.

Prices are cheap for gas. Be careful. People drive in so fast to get a gas pump. Pay cash for cheaper gas.

Racist. Been there sporadically and on the regular now that I live 3 minutes away. They always assume I am getting something I didn't get every time I come! Are y'all blind! And the cup of ice is free if you recycle the cup sometimes. Or .12, .25 or .33. Make up your mind. And I am saving your company money by rising my cup? I throw them away and get a new one every time. But I also recycle regularly. So I will do the environment a favor.

I seriously just walked in to this place to grab something to drink and use the restroom after being on the road for 5 hours but both bathroom doors were locked. I grabbed some sodas and got in line. When I paid for my drinks I asked Monique for the bathroom key she told me it was locked in the bathroom. I then asked her if both restrooms were locked completely she gave me the dirtiest look and rudely said there is only one restroom... (There are clearly 2 doors labeled restroom). When I asked if there was a manager she told me to wait until she cleared the line behind me. I would have been fine with just an apology that there restrooms are out of order but instead Monique acted as if I was bothering her. This person should not be dealing with the public as she obviously is not friendly and has not been trained in customer service. Management should vet their applicants a little more thoroughly.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because of ONE worker; ANTHONY (Mike is his first name) EVERYTIME i come in he's full of life! Always laughing, smiling, and very knowledgeable of the store. For the past few months that i've seen him he's made my experience really enjoyable even when i'm having a bad day. I'd hate for them to loose such a GREAT worker as such! Also the OTHERS werent smiling, in the car or in front of the store smoking weed like come on dude!

The price is always cheap for gas. The store is clean outside and inside and the employees are helpful. The coffee is always fresh and good.

Everyday I get gas before heading for work. 99.9% of times I get $20 and last Monday wasn't different but since I had some gas if got filled up and stopped at $13.65 went in and asked for the difference sent back to my ATM the clerk said "it will automatically sent back" Ok I waited all week and today Sunday still the $20.65 charge on my ATM. All other gas stations put back as u go up to the register, why is this one different and not giving back what I did not use?

This is a five star review and I loved coming here except for one problem. The lines, the lines, the lines. They are usually with in a penny or two of Costco, which makes it good. I like the pumps and using them when it's empty, but this is rarely the case. There are some serious lines here and people are aggressive and nasty. They also make some nasty moves to maneuver into the tiniest space. I've seen some people who were almost run over by illegal turns into the station, especially when people are crossing San Pablo Ave., at McBryde. I've had more clashes with people than I care to remember and the cheap price of gas isn't worth it. That is why they've lost two stars. The lines are way to long and the customers are horrible.

There are two different listings for this location. The other one is titled simply Arco. Anyway, check GasBuddy or your favorite gas price app and you'll find that this Arco consistently has the lowest prices around. The other Arco on San Pablo Dam Rd may only be pennies higher, but both locations have the same major challenge: Way too busy at almost all hours for the number of pumps and ways to get into and out of the station. And for this location that is true at almost all hours of the day. Patience is required at almost all hours and if you have PTSD from times of gas shortages and gas station drama in other states/times (say Hurricane Sandy-NY), this place could be a challenge for you. I've only ever witnessed a shouting match once, but you will see drivers displaying all kinds of acrobatics to get their cars near a pump. Cutting into line is not appreciated. (We've all known that since 4th grade or so though, right?) Staff is always courteous. Snack prices seem average. No gouging. One review mentioned risk of bank card use in gas station pumps, if that's a concern for you, many/most supermarkets sell ARCO gift cards at $25 and $50. Use those and you don't have to carry cash or go into the store. There is a small fee for using debit cards. (It amounts to a couple of cents per gallon if you're filling up a car/truck)

Super cheap gas compared to other places in the neighborhood. About .10 to .20 cents per gallon, which is great when you need to fill up and save some bucks. I always bring cash or I'll go somewhere else, I never use their debit card machines. These types of pumps always get compromised and it's just not worth your debit card getting skimmed and compromised.

Almost pee'd my pants... who do I have to talk to for all businesses to offer awesome bathrooms for everyone! not just themselves.. I walked in and asked "is there a restroom" than the lovely humans who work their lied to me and said "no restroom" what they said to me was actually "not for you you smelly hippy" if Dr.Harger cant even pee here you shouldn't go there either. In my not so humble hyper-biassed opinion #hargerInnovations on the Plus side they sell the future of ending smoking the #juul which is the only reason I shop there... Love AM/PM but I had to pee on a bush cause these guys shunned me... the gas did make my car run... so I guess thats pretty impressive too.... go here for fuel and Juul s only... not to pee... I'll be back... but #nottopee
