Being a young woman, I have had bad experiences with auto shops and how much they quote or recommend (I’ve been to many auto shops). It was my first time here, but Accurate Auto Body fairly quoted me and also repaired my broken back window in record timing! They were incredibly kind and informational. They provided excellent services that went beyond what I was expecting. I would recommend this shop to anyone if they want fast and reliable services. Shoutout to the owners for running an amazing family business!

This is hands down the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to! Speedy services, high quality work, trusted mechanics, and impeccable customer service! Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable and helped restore my car to tip-top shape.I am so happy with my repair and experience especially after trying so many different auto body shops in the bay.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Accurate Auto Body! Luckily they were in my car insurance provider's network, and conveniently a minute away from my house. I will say there was a misunderstanding between my insurance team and Accurate, but the service provided here made up for it. Once I picked up my car, they offered a cute little goodie bag as an appreciation gift for their clients. I would definitely recommend this business!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Accurate auto body Not only was the repair work on my car incomplete, but I also encountered concerning behavior from the owner that I can only describe as discriminatory and neglectful.
Upon picking up my car, it was clear that the repair job was not properly completed. Damages to the door from accident and The bumper was not securely attached and started to fall off after a few hours.
Additionally, my interactions with Dan who stated he was the owner were troubling. I felt that I was treated unfairly and encountered what I perceived to be racist/sexist behavior. This left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and concerned about the professionalism of this establishment.
Overall, my experience at Accurate Auto Body was unacceptable. I am now left with a car that still requires proper repairs and a sense of dissatisfaction with the service provided. I strongly advise others to consider these factors before choosing to do business with this auto body shop.

I just want to say how pleased my mother and I were with the staff and the body work on her Kia K5. They kept us updated and Tiffany and Dan were a pleasure to work with I highly recommend this body shop and will return in the future as needed. 5 stars. Great job accurate team.

I brought my black car to this shop for scratches. I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The staff were friendly and they all acknowledged me with a hello. Man, we sure can use a lot more of that in the world. My car was taken care of by Carlos. He is a specialist with black cars, and he shows it through his work and knowledge. He not only fixed my scratches, but gave me some pointers on proper car care products. I really had a very positive experience with this family owned and operated auto body shop. Bravo Zulu to all!

Got into an accident nearby. Pulled in for an assessment right away. Christian returned the car to driveable condition SAME DAY! So friendly, helpful, responsive and at a very reasonable price. Went above and beyond to get us the right part super fast and do quality work. Highly recommend!

Had my vehicle hit while it was parked and they didn't leave a note, for a minor scratches on the right front bumper. No dents, a deep gouge in one part but other than that, minor scratches that may be in the PPF only.
Walked in and asked for an estimate. The receptionist asked if I was going through my insurance. I told her I wasn't sure yet, it would depend on the cost for repairs and then I would decide if I wanted to go through insurance or not. She promptly told me, we don't do out of pocket (non-insurance) estimates. I was quit taken back, so confirmed what I heard. I inquired, "You don't write estimates unless it it from an insurance company?" Yes, and there are some insurance companies we don't work with. Hmmm. So I guess they are too busy and too flushed with money to have mine.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
