I love their grape seed compost. And I could get it by the bag!!! Been coming here for years and it's really great for all it's soils. But the grape seed is seasonal. Highly recommend it

They are very rude. I purchased rocked from this company paid for it in full and there clerk Brenda called my worked while they was in route to deliver and said they was short on inventory. She offered to refund money or bring half the shipment. My issue is why take my full payment while I'm in your office and not tell me upfront your don't have my full shipment. I called the manager joslyn the next day she was rude. She didn't listen to anything i had to say and didnt acknowledge her worker made a mistake. I will never buy from this company. Brenda was rude as well when i tried to talk to her she blamed my construction worker. I said you work in the office how is it his fault when you took my order and I paid you in full.

I love Acapulco Rock and Soil.I am a contractor, things come up last minute for us all and I know I got Acapulco in my arsenal to get things done.They keep inventory stocked.They are extremely responsive.The ladies in the office have the system down as perfect as can be. Hiccups happen with everyone, Acapulco is quick to fix.There are other options nearby, but nobody can beat how they do business.

This place has a huge selection of rocks, mulch, astroturf, you name it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They will help you load stuff into your car too if you need it. Whether you need rocks for landscaping, fairy gardens, or aquarium rocks for cheap, this is the place!

Saw this bark put down on a beautiful front garden in my neighborhood in San Francisco just recently. being the avid gardener that I am , I had to ask where they bought this bark as the color was so attractive! they recommended Acapulco rock and soil. I drove from San Francisco to Richmond, (well worth the drive). Fast and easy Let me tell you ...I absolutely love this particular "fir bark 1/4-1/8 inch. " . Spreads nicely goes along way.You go up to the counter you order your bark, which is displayed on the floor.Two very sweet young ladies at the counter are very attentive , very polite . after you pay , you drive around the back and they load it in for you. It's the best out there ! forget Lowe's forget Home Depot this is the place to go for quality bark. You've got to see the fir . The color is outstanding. Again, goes a long way. Stopped in for bagged mulch. They were very helpful in explaining the different kinds and prices. I pulled my car around and they loaded them in.. was on my way so quickly! Great customer service.

I love these guys, and prefer them to the more -expensive neighbor down the street.Everyone is always been very friendly, and everyone has always been nice and helpful while loading the vehicle
