All these reviews I’m reading about good customer service is true! But after a while your car will give up I got a car from them looked nice and ran and everything! Broke down on me within the next 3 months! Don’t buy a car warranty is Terrible here go to a real shop at least the one across the street! One of the worst dealer in the bay! Don’t waste your money and get scammed!

Horrible I'm currently sueing them they are doing fraud my car broke down 3weeks after I got it melissa kept telling me to bring it but was never at the shop she had been avoiding me and not calling my lawyers back I tried to take the car back they wouldn't take it back my mechanic said it was illegally smogged and my computer in the car is fried its 13 recalls on my car

Bought a car from them last year great running truck so I referred my family. When my relative went they gave her a bad car broke down in less than 30 days and is giving her the run around to return the car. Bad business and poor customer service very unprofessional!!

I parked in front of this business to do my laundry and a lady comes out and threatens to tow my car. Go to a real dealership, not this place. Thumbs down!

Melissa and Marquis were very professional and helpful in helping me not only find a car that works for me, but in helping me throughout the entire process. Melissa explained to me every aspect of the sale, gave me options rather than setting me up in an uncomfortable situation and I left with my new car quicker than I had originally anticipated. It’s been about 6 months since I’ve bought from Melissa and Marquis, I’m glad I bought from them and I’ve actually referred my brother and sister in law to do the same.

This place is a scam they fraudulently make accounts and scam banks and small fiance company's for over 10,000 which is fed charges Luther and Melissa and uncle Henry are all scammers they sell lemon and cheap cars with major problems will never go back

These guys are great! The process of buying a car here was fast and easy and Melissa was great! She understood what I wanted and helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this place! I bought my car four months ago and it still works great.

This olace is horrible bought a car not 15 days broke down on me they lend ne 5 cars till mine was repaired and all of em broke down on me dont trust these ppl that lady and the uncle and thiers cars are worthless

I only put the star so I can make a post..do not buy a car from this place & I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE i have only had my car for 2 1/2 months and I've had so many problems with it I was told I can't get it fixed by the dealership because of a "30 day warranty" which I was not told about so I have to pay out of pocket I also brought my car back on more then one occasion with the same problem and was told nothing was wrong i took it to the shop and there was so many things wrong with it here it is October and my car does not work it will be expensive to fix and they won't fix it unless I pay for it also the customer service is horrible
