just wanted to get some ice water on a road trip, my friend and i brought our own water bottles in and they followed us out to the car and tried to open the door to make us pay $1. i went back in and there wasn’t even a button for it, they rung us up for a banana. it’s illegal to even follow anyone outside a store for shoplifting, let alone water

They don't even sell beers, wine cooler etc or black & milds. Understandable all the undesirable who dri k or do drugs but that inevitable & thwu cant control it, only loosing money..

I like this place because it is clean and safe. I work as a night shift worker and sometimes me and a couple guys come here late night expecting that it would be open and bam… they are closed! I believe they clean up for a long period of time. But it’s just disappointing and I know I’m not the only one. They’re usually someone trying to shop when I come by… please change the open hours. This place is not 24 hours! They literally close around at 2am… today I went on a Sunday morning at 1am and they were closed as well. Kinda seems like they close when they want. Pretty frustrating…

Gas price sign was incorrect by at least 20 cents per gallon yesterday and I only realized once I was pulled up to the pump. Felt like sketchy bait and switch. Car went through the gas faster than any gas I've ever used.

Rubbish, I ordered something and because I didn't have my ID, they didn't leave it to me now where I claim. My money, never order something here, it's pure scam and waste of time and money. scam order something here pu for not having id they didn't let me and pay delivery without contact never order something here it's pure scam

Confirming rude service Was not able to help me with slightly out of the normal request I lent a wrench to a biker in distress. They would not hold the wrench behind the counter for an hour until I could come back to pick it up. Sorry but this is what being a good and helpful fellow human being is all about. Bad karma... NEVER COMING BACK!

What can you really say about 7-Eleven the customer service isn’t that great because thay have to scrape the bottom of the barrel of the workforce to find somebody to work there plus it’s the most overpriced franchise convenience store in the business well I never shop there other than to get maybe a big gulp and a small bag of peanuts may be a super lotto ticket but it’s a convenient place to pick up a little gas right off the freeway and it usually has competitive prices with the local stations around In the not so great neighborhood
