They always stoked! Very friendly and attentive customer service. They have good drinks and snacks. They have a variety of items, they had all the different chips for each and everyone that we all wanted.

23rd is more of a convenience store with drinks, snacks, and random groceries than a seller of cigarettes, smokes and smoke aids, didn't see any cigars (didn't expect any in the 'hood".) just grabbed an amazon tea....
