This bank is not authorized for my payments and I have had several problems with other accounts. I just did an investigation because they do not authorize automated payments. It is not this branch, it is WELLS FARGO BANK.

Wells Fargo is HORRIBLE!!! 4 weeks & 3xs they have resent my atm card and cancelled my digital wallet, without warning!! And STILL wouldn’t expedite a new card!!! Horrible

I don't have a bank account. Buuut. My checks don't get charged a fee with Wells Fargo so I came here and Melissa was helpful and professional. Got my check cashed quick.

Wells fargo is the WORST!!! if I could give them no stars I would. As of today I am closing out my account and moving to another bank. I had a really big issue with my health insurance carrier charging me another full month when I had cancelled coverage the month prior. Called and couldn't get anywhere with the health insurance representative so I called my bank, unfortunately wells fargo. They filed a claim made me wait 8 days until I followed up to see what was taking so long, where they disclosed they couldnt refund the 700 dollars because it was done through my checking account and not debit, which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Made me wait all that time, didnt inform me of this information and now I am out that money. They're horrible! Please do not do business with this awful bank.
