Worst customer service ever. Lines are always long . Two windows open . I’d rather drive to the Redlands bank better service more than two tellers. Girls talk to much and the bank manager is rude and useless. Same answer every time why aren’t there more tellers when customers ask? Why don’t you get behind the counter and assist. Shouldn’t even earn a ⭐️.. tellers look like zombies .

Not only was the wait time long. But I had 43 dollars in change all rolled up and only 3 rolls were pennies but besides that . Tanya and cynthia. Both were at the window with me telling me how they don’t verify the coins or count them. They “spot check them”. And that blew my mind. They didn’t use the trey or anything just took what I had it could’ve been short because they had no way of measuring or counting lol.

They don't count your coins here just bring them in a roll and they accept them without even examining them. They told me employees only for that

Very short staffed on a Friday. Bad customer service no bankers available and the ones that they have are slower than a slug. Would not waste my time in this location. 4 hours to see a banker.

I’m only giving one star because it forces me to give a star but the fact that there’s so many bad reviews in regards to the wait time and they still don’t fix it is clearly an issue. This is the second day that I go and it is beyond packed this morning there were only 2 tellers, I wasted 30 minutes and had to leave because I had to clock in for work. I then went on my lunch there was only 1 teller & about 17 people in there like do I really need to call off work for the day to spend my day at Wells Fargo??? This is beyond ridiculous, then they’ll have the nerve to charge me a late fee when my payment is late.

Been a Wells Fargo for 15 years and their customer service is just getting worst and worst. Rushing the clients with the trans actions that you can’t even ask for a break down of cash or ask if they happen to have a 2 dollar bill. The response today, No we don’t. Very rude. Need to change banks.

Went there to get an endorsement stamp for an insurance check and the teller advised me to call Wells Fargo Auto. When I called them they said that they should of done it because the check was under 2,500 and they don’t require documentation for checks under that amount. When I went back I had to wait for a Banker, which there was only one, and she made me wait 10 mins because “supposably” she had an appointment for that time but no one showed up so then she helped me. When I told her what I went for she did the same thing. She called Wells Fargo auto and she didn’t even know what number option to click on. She kept dialing and dialing and I told her what department she had to talk to. I even told her the name of the representative that told me to tell her to ask for when calling them. She was over it and then went to call her manager (Ricardo), which also didn’t know much about those checks and how to do the endorsement. So I went to the one in Rancho Cucamonga and I told them what this branch couldn’t do and she apologized for the lack of knowledge of these two individuals. It made me think that anyone can work for Wells Fargo with no education whatsoever!

A little wait but still a good place to stuff done and pay your bills
