This Walmart is overstaffed and very mismanaged. For the most part, you will always see employees chatting amongst themselves in pairs towards the front of the store while customers wait in ridiculous lines. It's as if the place is ran by teenagers who really don't care at all. I would recommend going to the well ran Stater bros on the next block over before dealing with these clowns.

I'm so pissed right now, I went in at around 11 to grab a few things. I was waiting in what was already a LONG line, when this obnoxious lady with a weird name that started with an R came up and shuffled us all over to self check out. This was after 2 workers up there already told us it wasn't working. They kept yelling at her it wasn't working and she ignored them told us to ignore them and had us line up there anyway. Well, big surprise! They weren't working!!! We all had to move back to the regular line and wait even longer!!! She ran away like a little child and said nothing. If it weren't for the nice cashier's up front we would have never got an apology. I was late for work because of this and will be contacting corporate.

Very sad to see who this Walmart choose to be “management” after being very rude with directions in the store and letting two men cut in front of me while I’m waiting in line with 4 of my nieces and nephews and my son she looks at me and proceeds to be rude about where the line begins then after yelling to her coworker “oooo GIRL I BE FORGETTING IM AT WORK” like if she would of put hands on me if she wasn’t on the clock. I felt so threatened. THATS NOT MANAGEMENT when I asked for her name she says “COLA LIKE THE DRINK AND BY THE WAY I AM THE MANAGER” not sure if it’s COLA or KOLA but that is very disappointing to be treated that way as paying customer at WALMART.

All self checkouts are closed in the mornings. Stood around for a few minutes before a staff member finally manned a register, and even then they had some store check thing going on.
If you won't have self checkouts open, then hire more staff for registers. I'll be going elsewhere for morning grocery runs.

But they always close out the money market desk early when they are short-staffed or employees don't like to work the money market. Very inconvenient. Time again, you go like today June 8th, 2021 at 4 pm and find they have closed the money market. Can't buy a money order.
∆∆∆ Monday, February 27th, 202
4, I drew a money order at approximately 05:23 pm and was told the money market desk was closed for the day.
Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, went out again at approximately 11:40 am. The money market desk was closed out.
Sought assistance from one of the managers (Laura) alleging that the Center was closed for the day, as the lady that works at the center is not working today. She alleged that she's trying to raise her sales numbers. There were at least three to four managers on the floor and I could spot one of the ladies who had previously assisted as a cashier at the money center.
It appeared that there was a lot of standing around or loitering by the store employees. I had to drive to the Walmart Supercenter in downtown Rialto. This Rialto Neighborhood Market is very unreliable on certain services. It never gets better. CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!
Today Sunday, March 10th, 2024, _men's bathrooms were filthy. One side urinal was broken and covered with a blue plastic bag. The other side urinal was flooded almost spilling over. The floor was trashed and untidy.

Absolutely the worst place to shop for groceries. Go to any other Walmart, it's better than this place. It's about a mile from my house and I'll drive 10 to go somewhere else. Thought I had given it enough time to get better so I came again - so wrong. It's even more frustrating. I HATE this location.

Went by there Sunday night at 9:30pm. Entrance was locked and blocked with trash cans but exit was open. All appearances led me to believe it was closed.Tentatively walked up to exit and asked employees standing there if it was open and was told (with all but an eye roll) that of course it was ... Sigh... Signage of any kind would be nice to notify the public that the blocked entrance didn't mean what it appeared to.Knowing to enter through the exit isn't super intuitive but maybe I'm just slow ?♂️

Many selections and good prices. A lot of self checkout machines. Not too crowded.They have reduced the height of the Pickup signs due to the strong winds in Rialto.

It's only self checkout now? Whatever happened to cashiers. They have us scanning stuff like we're employees now, with no incentives.
