This Walmart is by far the worst! Half of the employees are rude. Starting with management! No customer service whatsoever and when you ask for help most of them seem bothered or annoyed, pushing their stocking carts in a rush without having to say excuse me. I've had a few incidents where employees have bumped into my shopping cart and almost hit me with the stocking carts and management doesn't hold their employees accountable. Another example of this was this morning as I was shopping for a few groceries and as I was trying to get to the next aisle a female employee by the name of Vanessa was pushing a cart in a rush as she was trying to bypass me. I stopped and made eye contact with her to let her know where I was going. She rolled her eyes. As I was getting ready to proceed she decided to push her cart nearly almost hitting me (Pregnant). I turned around and said "Excuse you" and she raised her voice saying she stopped. I responded by saying she needed to be careful as she almost bumped into me with her cart. She went on doing her thing without even apologizing. By then I was already frustrated and called her the B word. (I did wrong) by calling her that but one thing I can't stand is rude and inconsiderate people. A few seconds later the morning ops manager approached me as I was talking on the phone by asking me if I had cursed her employee because according to her employee, I went off on her. I tried explaining to the manager what had happened and instead, she decided to be rude and proceeded by saying "I don't have to allow you to shop at my store if you're going to be disrespecting my employees" and kept repeating herself loudly making me feel uncomfortable. I didn't deny what I had called the worker in fact I said I did but instead, she was very rude and unprofessional! These are the same managers that when you make a complaint about employees they just stand there and pretty much ignore you. Trying to humiliate me in front of other customers. Shame on this manager and shame on her for having another employee watch me during self-checkout as if I was going to steal. I agree with the rest of the other bad reviews regarding Carts, expired food, pallets, and boxes. Pallets and boxes are almost in every aisle even during rush hour times. This is a safety hazard people! Walmart please hire professional people who look like they're willing and eager to work. Half the staff looks miserable and unprofessional. Wearing your AirPods while stocking during opening hours should also be a big NO!! The only reason why I shop here is because I live right across the street and is convenient for me. They tried to walk away fast as soon as they saw I was pregnant.

I like it, they have what i need. Staff does their best just wish there would be more sense of urgency but its alright.

if i could give this place a 0 star i would !! horrible experience with ADA's . i have a disability. So I'm using electronic sit down cart and start shopping around . Soon as i leave the store an employee orders rudely that i cant take out the cart and she starts to laugh . never in my life have i met more rude individual for customer service i will not be shopping there again ! first impression is the only impression !

Trashy low quality grocery store. They never have carts or registers open with actual cashiers. The deli meats are mostly expired. They never have the rotisserie chicken ready. Selection in meats is low quality and expensive. They don't carry a lot of the Walmart brands. There's still empty pallets on the sales floor at noon. Workers all look like they hate their job. There's 2 grocery stores on opposite sides (across the street) that are way better options. I will avoid this crappy store as much as I can.

This place couldn't be any worse if they asked Jesus for worse!!! Terrible customer service....no checkers/cashiers but 10 self check out stations with 10 staff standing there running they mouth! My mom wanted to go so we did. Even she was frustrated. We did actual grocery shopping not realizing that there were no actual cashiers. And when they saw the basket filled to the rim, did they open? Nope....they opened another self check out line!...just trifling! Never again will I darken their door step! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

This is the worst kind of manager or leadership. Rude and overly aggressive. I attempted to purchase 6 gift cards and because of a system error I wasn't able too. She aggressively approaches me and says it's it what it is boo boo. You can't by more. I then stated you don't have to be so aggressive. She then says I'm not being aggressive you are. I said ma'am can you please leave. She says you can't tell me where I can be. I said well can you at least void the transaction. She stated you can just go to the other machine. Her employees watched in disdain. Other customer stated she does this all the time. Then she pulls out her phone and starts recording me. This is a manager. Imagine the employees.

there are no carts in parking lot and I saw an elderly couple having to hold each handle just to carry their groceries to their car STRUGGLING I had to help them I've seen multiple customers leaving due to this fact and then when you go inside the employees are rude I wish there was a negative button for the star review

Literally worst Walmart in so cal. Never no carts , people got attitudes , palletes all on the floor. Idk if they tryna cut hrs but this Walmart is a joke. Literally parked and had to leave because there's no carts and I can't put my baby anywhere

Honestly never gonna step foot In this market again. First they never ever have any carts in the front, second every day they always have pallets all on every isle and associates moving pallet jacks despite never having anything you need on the shelves, and most of all some of the workers GHETTO af. Place is not worth your time or money trust me!!

I arrived at 12:00 pm on a Tuesday . When I walked into the store I attempted to get a cart but they didn't have any, not one single one . So I went back into the parking lot found a cart . I than entered the store . Started in the produce area it was clean and organized than attempted to go down the other isles but they were really Congested with workers emptying Pallets and stocking shelves. I got what I needed and wanted to get out . Checkout was a mess all they had was self checkout and one poor lady trying to keep it organized . Maybe it was an off day I dunno . It was pretty cheap compared to other stores
