I will never return here! The employees are often acting lazy and disoriented, chatting away, and they are really disrespectful and impolite. Some people are glued to their phones, while others are engrossed in gossip. It appears that the only employee who understands his responsibilities is the one Asian man. Isiah is incredibly kind and considerate; he helped me carry my bulky Cokes and gave me advice on several fragrances. His assistance is really appreciated each time I visit; he is an amazing young man.

It looks like the leads don't really care or have a strong work ethic because they never seem to be doing their jobs or helping out, and the staff members are often gossiping when I visit the store. There was a day when I went to buy and no one came, I returned to the line after calling a few times in hopes of getting what I wanted unlocked, I observed the girls were only chatting away. Isaiah, the employee, is someone I frequently see tidying and putting things away. He even came to my aid once or twice. I'm glad there is a diligent worker like him. He always made my visits enjoyable, and I sincerely hope he continues to be there. His work ethics are why I enjoy visiting this Walgreens. I hope that all of his hard work and attempts pay off because it looks like he is the only worker that goes above and beyond the call of duty while the others are just being lazy. I sincerely hope he stays on staff; the only reason I'm speaking up is that this has happened numerous times. I hope you guys can talk about this as well if any other people have gone through this.

The store manager at this store never took care of an order that was missing for me. I had to call corporate to get a refund. I no longer go to this store because every time I went in there none of the employees ever delivered on customer service. It felt like 13 year old teens worked there. Sad to see adults not able to handle simple business operations.

Worst Walgreens ever won’t be coming back here again !!! I just wanna print some pictures was told the USB that you hook ? up to your phone to the computer . I had to bring my own alright ? Added headaches 4x6 prints are out. It’s like they can’t get created cut some out ? added attitude seem like they didn’t want be there that fine don’t take your frustration on me because you hate your job if any management need to retrain these staff work on there people skills

They violate section 733 of article 10.5 of california Business and profession code. I will be filing a formal complaint with the california pharmacy board tomorrow.A pharmacy should NEVER lie to its patients.

The store is always clean, but the pharmacy people are always rude and they’re talking while customers wait in line, very unprofessional. They’re understaffed which is understandable and bearable IF they had good customer service.

I understand a lot of places are understaffed these days. But I went in for a few things. I waited by the cash register and look around for a cashier, I noticed one worker looked at me a few times (not just once but a few times) and went about his business as if he didn't even see me. Finally when there was about 6 people waiting he decided to come up and ring us up. Not a sorry for the wait not a hi , not hello nothing. Even when he came upfront he walked slow. Horrible service , I mean at this point they should just have a self check out with this dang service.

Walgreens always has what I need. The pharmacy staff is friendly and knows us by name. Holiday items are always available for upcoming holidays. They have awesome rewards.
