I posted a review on Wednesday and it was removed. I will re-post. Everyone should know how rude they are at this Walgreens. I went to pick up medication for my father through the drive-through and Tonya young lady was the one who attended me I was asking for my father's medication the whole time she had an attitude I don't know what medication my father takes. He just asked me to go pick it up. I did tell her that there was two medication's that I did not of. I did mention the medication, and what they were for she didn't understand me she couldn't find information on him. I had to repeat myself numerous times, and every single time I repeat myself, and give the same information name last name, birthdate address she would ask again and again and again, and every single time it was with an attitude since my father is out of state I did inform her that I wanted to know what other medication he had available for fill so I can ship out all the medication's to him She has such an attitude with me such a ghetto Ness. Her demeanor was unprofessional unethical. She said well you can look at the app I said unfortunately I do not have access to it. I did it that is Hyppa. It's a violation. I don't have access to his personal information, all she had to do was look up what medications he's been taking and what are available but she decided to take the route of attitude and being nasty just plain nasty my daughter even said mom what's your problem? Why does she have such a nasty attitude. This is coming from a little kid so I asked her what is the problem why the attitude she smirked heist inside and slam that phone and walked away. I was shocked. I went to the store, and I spoke with the supervisor one of the pharmacist. I did let him know about her attitude, and the way she behaves as a professional she should be carried out a different statue as a professional she should carry her self in a different demeanor as a professional. She should know she is a professional I am in the medical field and would never behave in this manner. You leave your problems at the door when you walk into work you're dealing with other people if you cannot handle the stress of your job if you cannot, they handle the stress of the customer service then you shouldn't be working in customer service, there was no need for the attic at all I was there was to pick up medicine not to be treated in such a disgusting manner. I hope my review does not get removed again she needs to be held accountable for her actions. There is recording they have cameras they caught it all on camera. That way she was behaving.

Está farmacia es una ABSOLUTA BASURA siempre pasa algo hoy fui a recoger la medicina de mi hija y el horario es cerrar alas 9 lo cual eran las 8 de la noche y estaba cerrada la farmacia le pregunte a una empleada súper grocera y despota me contesta que cerraron alas 7 porque no había personal, le pedí que me ayudara y me dijo que no podía hacer nada NO VENGAN AQUÍ ES UNA ABSOLUTA BASURA

Pharmacy - the pharmacy staff is rude. They lie about Medicine availability and when you tell them your willing to wait, it miraculously shows up. They are rude and they act like doctors, they are paid to administer the medicine not question you about why you need it.

This review is for the pharmacy. They went above and beyond for me today and I really appreciate it. My son needed a vaccine and most Walgreens didn't have it in stock or don't even offer it for his age (5). After calling and confirming they had it, I went in to see if they could give it on the spot and the pharmacist squeezed us in. I believe her name is Mai or May. My son got very scared and started crying a lot and she was very sweet and patient. This isn't the regular Walgreens I go to but I would definitely return for the great customer service I received.

Today I had an issue with my prescription at the Walgreens on Haven in Rancho Cucamonga so I had to call my Walgreens in Rialto on pepper and Foothill which is the best Walgreens ever the young lady named Diamond was on the phone with me for probably almost an hour and a half fixing the mistake and making sure I got my medication and making sure everything was okay and found out what the problem was this young lady gets 10 Stars for helping me today thank you Diamond

This pharmacy needs to train their staff on good customer service . Majority of the staff do not practice courtesy or good manners in dealing with their customers . They do not smile nor say "thank you" and they let you wait and wait for almost an hour in the line especially this woman named Elena . Every time I pick up my prescription she has the same bad demeanor and repulsive attitude . I am thinking of changing pharmacy . I always leave the pharmacy with so much disappointment and frayed nerves .

I much rather give zero stars. If you want to get you memories printed or put on a CD or flash drive do not go here cause they will lose them. I went in on Saturday to move all my pictures and photos since I was selling my phone and had the choice to put them on a flash drive which I chose. Then Sunday they call to say they don't have any flash drive to do it and said they can be moved to CD and they would call when it's done well here we are on Thursday and never heard anything back so I called. I was place on hold 5 different times and every time they picked up the phone I had to explain everything over again to the same person. Finally the shift lead gets on and says if we move them you will lose have your pictures. So I said no I need my pictures. After me having to tell them you can't go get one from another store they do it but to call me back and say oh cause you have videos on there we can't do anything with them!! I literally lost photos of my kids my youngest delivery day. Video of my grandmother I can never get back!! I can't get anything back!! They didn't even sound like they cared. I will no longer shop here which I did all the time.

Laziest workers I've had the misfortune in dealing with. Was told it would take 20-25 minutes to process my prescription. Came back 30 minutes later just to be told to wait another 15+ minutes. They hadn't even started counting my pills until after I got there. There's barely anybody there for prescriptions and there was only ONE person on the prescription waitlist. So what gives? It's not like they're the ones working with a freshly sprained arm/shoulder. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend going to this particular pharmacy unless you love wasting exorbinate amounts of time for prescriptions during low traffic hours.
