Yelp should have a negative star for this review. Talk about shady customer rep! I ordered an Internet box for my home. The ordered was placed on November 28th and we did not receive it until December 12th. The box was sent to the Verizon store for pick up. Of course when I try to return it, they charged me a $50 restocking fee because the rep activated the Internet before I received it, thank God I saved my text message so I was able to return the Internet box but I still have to pay the restocking fee. That's some bullshit! I grow up in Rialto and I love to support my city! This is one store I will never support!

The representative was very patient and was very helpful with everything. She answered all my questions and was patient and always had a smile on her face. She even asked her manager if we can get a discount on a case for my phone. Best customer service that I have experienced!

Don't get taken advantage of! My mom and dad are older, and unfamiliar with technology. My mom was having issues with iMessage working, and ended up going into the store for help. The salesman told her there was nothing they could do because the phone was so old. (Purchased new 3-4 years old and an older model) he tried getting her to buy a new iPhone, pitched her on deals and promos without troubleshooting for her. He either saw the update that the phone needed, and completely ignored it knowing my parents have no idea how things work, or he never checked for an update (which makes no sense because that should be the first thing anyone checks for) he continued pressuring her into upgrading, and after receiving no help or guidance she decided to leave. Thank goodness. She called me and I was able to direct her in checking for, downloading, and installing the update her phone clearly needed. Now it's back to normal and she gets to keep her phone that she loves!

I bought my first device for my small business and tried to buy my employee a work phone and Verizon gave me such a hard time. They denied my other device and now I gotta show paperwork that I own my company. Not a good way to start off. Im going with AT&T for all my business needs

Andrea was great, she tried to trouble shoot the phone when it wouldn't transfer the first time. She was very helpful and patient during the process. Gave us recommendations on how to fix the issue because she was unable to.

Great store they know what great costumer service is all about . The manger is a great young man who knows what it is to go above and beyond for his costumers and achieve great costumer service. I will be coming to this store from know on. He is also training his employees to be great as him and that’s a plus!

I have no idea what's going on there. But they're locking people inside the store. When I got there I thought it was closed and someone came over and unlocked the door and let me in, then they locked the door behind me. I don't know what that is all about but I'll never go back. Who locks customers inside? What if there's an emergency and we need to leave? Especially in today's world where people like to start shooting? Yea that won't be happening

If I can give them 0 star I would. I got scammed by the salesperson who committed fraud by saying one thing and then come find out it it was another and then almost got stuck with two year contract. All I know is you better record your conversations and get proof before you do purchases with these people. So I called Verizon and threatened lawsuit if they didn't reverse all the charges. After they heard the recording of the conversation they reversed the charges and gave me 3 free months due to the customer rep trying to scam me, if it was for the recorded convo I would've been stuck with two year plan of paying triple what I was suppose to be
