Looks like the lady that works there is not very happy about working I'm not sure what's going on on her head but she has zero customer service she basically removed the package from my hand that I needed to return a Amazon package I wanted to make sure the package was correctly packed and labeled she wasn't having it she took it off my hand on our rode Manor.

Overall an acceptable experience. However, their passport photos were the worst I have ever seen and should not be permitted as a service offering.

I wanted to give 5 stars for the excellent service, but now that I'm calling the store to ask about my tracking number not working, all I get is a long silence then a couple of loud tones and it hangs up.

On 8/17/24 i sent out a package and was helped out by Eveny. I have the address on my phone and i hold up the phone to her eye level for a good amount of time so she can type it in for me. I payed my 30$ for shipping and packaging. Get called today 8/28/24 saying that my package was returned to the ups store due to address not existing. I held up my phone to her that day it was sent out and was in a rush due to having to go to work within 30 min. Had to pay another 24$ to have it shipped out again so almost 54-60$ i spent in total on my package. The item getting sent out itself cost 80! I would’ve just bought a whole new thing instead of paying for all this.

How you never deliver my package? Is it lost/stolen? Never got an update I tried using the tracker online and it's been 2 months and still "lable created, waiting for arival" (it's a usps) I even wrote down my address on it. They can't look the track number because it's a "hazard" (it's a phone)
