By far the best service I've ever experienced and it came from Ariel in makeup service. She listened to my request and fulfilled it completely. She made my baby shower pics absolutely stunning and I couldn't be more appreciative and happy. I will be back for more service with her and you should too!

Amazing customer service and a welcoming staff that makes you smile and return to shop more often. My sister and I felt discriminated and racially profiled shopping at Ulta in Redlands and had a better experience shopping in this location

I just went to ulta when I pay and everything when I got home I saw my receipt in figured out they charged me 40 dlls for a magenta bag tote that I never asked for it..

I had a great experience at the Ulta Renaissance. I was help by I believe her name was Jasmine new employee I heard by the manager on 5-9-23. This gir) needs to give the others example how to treat customer she was excellent in her approach, details, knowledge, assistance, and went out of her way to help. THEY need to give her a raise or make her a lead. Great job whoever hired her.Ty, great full customer.

Had an appt to get my hair done at 3:00 pm. I get there 10 minutes early I check in the sweet girl says you can take a seat I’ll let her know you’re here, I sat down. 50-55 minutes later!!! Still haven’t been helped not a peep from any employees towards me. So I got up and went to the counter and got asked do you need help? I’m like you know what can you please cancel my appt, I have been sitting here almost an hour and I just want to cancel. She said sure thing! While looking at the other salon workers like they are confused. I said ty and left. I called corporate and made a complaint because first visit I had they called me approximately 2-3 hours that they had to cancel me then today this happens. I have an event tomorrow there’s no way for me to get my hair done any where else ?♀️. And I lost the 5x points! For today. Update: Sarah the manager of the salon called me approximately a week later explaining that the master colorist had told her what happened that day but decided to call me a week later. Explained that I sat there for an hour because the person I had an appointment with was translating. So instead of letting me know that they were helping someone else I sat there with no communication for a hour. Offered me a discount and pretty much said sorry. The funny thing about this is when I got up to cancel my appointment no one was translating for anyone the girl who checked me in was getting her hair done by another girl that worked there. Poor excuses Ulta do better.

Visited this location to PURCHASE $150.00 cologne and the Hispanic employees treated me like I was a mass murderer. Not all black men steal, I work I’m not a thief. You don’t blame all white people for crimes white people commit. You Hispanic people are so RACIST! This is why I don’t talk to people because everyone is just pretending in public. They’re all racist 100% fake people. They also set off the alarm on the YSL cologne I was buying as I was STANDING IN LINE TO PAY. “I’AM NOT A THIEF “

Clean store but the downfall is that they think everyone steals. Visited this location with my daughters and the employees followed my daughters like if they were stealing. Totally ruined our shopping outing. I understand they are a high theft store but please don't make it so obvious they were practically breathing down their neck.
