Worst experience ever!! Last Thursday I went in to get some tires some 33s. I got financed the gentleman in the front told me that there's no problem they can take care of me but that they how to order the tire it will be in the next day . Friday the next day I come in shortly after I drop off my truck I get a call by the lady in the front that my tire didn't fit that I had to buy either some spacers or some rims in order for my tire to clear.. I agreed on some rim but that they couldn't have it until Tuesday 4 days later. Tuesday afternoon I come in to get my 33s put on the gentleman in the back call me in never did I want to see the tire on my truck I did see that Rim that they're talking about allegedly it was rubbing against my caliper and that I need isn't spacers or a smaller Tire.. me wanting the 33s that I finance went with the spacer. . So they continued Empire Auto Tech it worked on my truck when they was done I noticed it was a smaller Tire I asked the lady in the front and we're going to rewrite a contract she flat out said no because it takes too long to write up a new contract that she would just reimburse me in cash gave me $86 that's it have a nice day,, the tire that they put on my truck was some 30s@126the tires that I financed were 33s@195 each .. they are Crooks so be careful when you go 2 Empire Auto Tech .. Empire Auto Tech you're going to sit here and tell me that a 33falken and 30 americus are only 86 dollars in a set of 4??? You knew a s know americus is a cheaper tire ... for the record u didnt give me a receipt stating that you gave me 30 inch tires there's no paperwork sing what you guys gave me.. I called the finance company and let them know exactly what you guys are doing you want me to pay $195 for $120 tire!!! And to me that is being a crook not a smart business person. . $86 is not the difference between the set of four tires it's closer to 300 and you know that!!!

I got my Silverado lifted here. They gave me a good price and had the lift I wanted. They first said it would take one day but that ended up being 3 days. I was good with that since I have an extra car I take for work. But the worst thing was on my way home my brake caliber fell off on the freeway when I was on my way home from picking up the truck. My guess is they forgot to tighten it down during installation. A tech came right away to reattach. He added brake fluid and retorqued all the pieces. After that my wife didn't want the kids in the truck. They didn't apologize or anything. When getting a lift here check all the bolts before taking it home.

I purchased a 6" RC kit for my k3500 and decided to have it installed here. Dom and Harvey were very professional and worked with my schedule. They stand behind their workmanship and products, I know because they took care of me when a steering arm broke. I will tell all my friends and colleagues at work whom is interested in hookin up their 4wd about Dom. I will definitely return for more services in the future.

If you are looking to change your oil or brake pads and you are low on $$ then go right ahead. If you need ANYTHING ELSE stay far far away from this guy. Horrible service. Horrible. Horrible. Charged me $200 to replace a pedal (which wasnt even the problem) then the engine light came back on the next day and I spent 3 weeks going thru this back and forth cycle all to end up without the engine light NOT being repaired and i had to fight him to keep the pedal in the car that I PAID FOR. Shady individual but he will put on his charm until he has the cash in hand. Try J&J Muffler across Cactus Ave.

Got a set of patriot m/t tire, made my truck look so much more aggressive.. great service and very thorough with their observations on safety of parts during the installation of the tires.. my truck needed extra attention (had cracked lug studs) quickly repair and got me on my way.. thank u for the great experience

worst place ever took my money and didn't fix my car. I'm a single mother of 5 kids now i have to be walking with my kids in hot heat. He lied and said car would be ready to come back next day then when called he said he is not going to work on it and he is not refunding my money. I'm filing a complaint already at the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE AND MAKING A POLICE REPORT WILLING TO GO TO COURT.

Great prices and reliable company. I took my car in a few weeks ago due to my vehicle had some start up issues, they diagnosed the problem and had the work completed. They had me back on the road in about an hour. I would Definitely recommend them if you're having car trouble's to come down the Empire Auto Tech!

Extremely horrible customer service!!!! I guess you call hook line and sinker they get you a price over the phone as soon as you go into their building they jacked the price up. I was planning to get my truck lifted from this company. After going into the building and talking to two technicians and their office staff I realized that I was so wrong to go there. You're not the only company out there doing the same work. Wow I'm so glad I'm giving you this review that you highly deserve. I always tell my customers each review is like $1000 tip. Thank you thank you so much for wasting my time!!! Definitely bait and switch. You just said it yourself you gave me a price over the phone. Then when I came in you jacked the price up. I specifically told you everything that was going in. I wasn't hiding anything. Thank God I didn't give you guys the work . The price you quoted me was ridiculous anyways. I found another shop down the street from you who did it for half the price. Now I'm extremely happy. It's nice to find honest people these days. Good luck with your business and best endeavors.

My new favorite place ! Everyone was so friendly I felt like family there ! They helped out my girlfriend and I both in the same day ! Really sweet people as well , guaranteed straight forward prices , the lady in the front was dope ! pretty nice to see a female in the front (since us women - have all been there where we felt like we were being taken advantage of and we don't know what we're talking about so we get taken advantage and pay more than what we were anticipating) but she made sure we were taken care of and just had conversations like we've known each other forever ! (: over all our experience was awesome and we just both felt so comfortable !

First off let me say this shop has amazing customer service from the moment I called over the phone the guy was so helpful I knew I was making the right choice picking this shop I got new tires for my husbands tundra they got installed the same day only took about 45 min they also have payment options which I thought was great ! The young lady at the front desk was so knowledgeable about everything it just blew my mind so glad I chose this shop for our tires will definitely be coming back !
