“My husband and I were looking at different shops to have the AC fixed. After many uneasy feelings from other shops, we found SPACE25. Sergio was knowledgeable and upfront with the costs and any other issues that might be going on. We decided to give him a try. While he fixed the AC, we were impressed with his detailed inspection of the car. We have never seen such a detailed inspection before. He informed us what was in good condition, what needed to be fixed soon and what needed immediate attention. One issue was a shudder in the steering column which we were aware of but was told it was nothing of importance. How wrong that was! It was a serious issue that could lead to loss of steering and use of the car. While considering how and when to fix it, we did further research on the issue and Sergio was correct. He wasn't just trying to fleece us for more money. It was a serious concern. We quickly made an appointment to have it fixed. The steering issue was fixed well within the estimated window. The car drives so smooth now. It is like having a brand new car! Thank you, Sergio and his dedicated team of technicians for their great work! “After a total failure by the service department at the Jeep Dealership in Rialto, the guys at Pep Boys did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and fixing my Jeep Wrangler. My Jeep shut down one mile from the Jeep dealership, so I paid to have the vehicle towed there. The Jeep dealership sold me a brand new but defective battery and never check the alternator as requested. So after driving just five miles further down the road the dash lights started blinking again and the Jeep started to shut down. Luckily I was able to located Pep Boys and right as I pulled into their parking lot the vehicle totally shut down for a second time. Pep Boys tested the new battery and said it was defective and caused the alternator to over heat and ruined. They installed a new and better quality battery and a new alternator and the vehicle now runs fine. I will use Pep Boys for now on.”

“I was so lucky to have found A1on my way back home from Big Bear to Los Angeles. I have run flat tires and got a warning that the pressure was low on one of my tire right when I got off the 330. It was already past 6 PM and I didn't want to drive more than 80 miles on my run flat. I stopped by A1 and even tough they were already closed, they helped me out, patched the tire so I could make it home! Great customer service!”
