Nice store. Has a lot of things I need and don’t need lol. Only bad part and this is a personal thing. I hate waiting in line to see things behind the counter. Like even fake pony tails ? I get it. Protect your investment. But it will always be an Inconvenience. Making me not even want to buy it.

This hair salon has everything and is cheaper than Amazon. Go figure...The counter workers are well knowledged about all hair care products in their store.

If I could leave no stars I would... I was recommended this place and I should've kept going to bobos! I purchased my hair thinking it matched bc the girl said it matched. I got home and it didn't match! So I went back the next day and told them. And the owner kept looking at the package like if I taken hair out or used it. When it was still in the original package unused. Then they finally match it correctly and don't have the length and make me pay more bc they don't have anything available. So I said can I just get a refund and they say no they don't do refunds... just store credit! They can't even tell me when they will have the product in. I had to pay extra for a product that I'm gonna have to cut bc it's too long.. and the hair quality is total trash! Just like this place. Never again!
