My husband and I waited a long time for them to basically tell us that they could not help us with what we wanted to do (I wanted to get a new phone and have it be added to my husband’s line). We let them know what we were looking to do when we first got there and checked in, and if they had just told us then that they couldn’t do that, it could have saved at least an hour of my day.

Useless store! They can't give you info on your own account they can't cancel your service but can cancel any other service so you can switch to them. Absolutely no help

The guy who answered the phone told me that they can't tell me over the phone if I am an authorized user. Is this true? Mind you I told him my situation of my deceased mothers phone that just got stolen. I just needed a few quick on answers and was shut down very quickly. Seemed like their phone calls are not as important as their in store customers.

Armando Rios and Ramiro Avila are an amazing team. As a 64 yr old Android user with a Sprint phone, I was helpess in need of a phone swap, but Armando took time to help and Ramiro was right there to answer questions for me while Mr. Armando was making sure my phone was activated successfully swaped with customer care. Very helpful staff. Jasmine was able to help me to make a claim for my lost phone & I got it the day after. Although it’s been giving me some trouble to the point where I’ve visited this store 3 days in a row. Josh, Jessie, John, Kevin were doing the absolute most to help me out. They were discussing ways to solve the issue. Even though, the issue still isn’t resolved, they came up with a temporary solution since I need my phone for work and things. Appreciate you all ?

Was told by employee upgrade to plan was gonna be free because we have a military plan even thanked my husband for his service. After calling T-Mobile to veify was told upgrade is $10 a month, so we cancelled upgrade. Don't lie to your customers.
