i called asking to speak to a manager so we could share our catering menu (just in case they ever wanted to use it) i did not ask them to place an order. the woman who answered the phone laughed. then said some pizza toppings she then told me he (the manager) was there, i said hello. he responded very rudely with “why don’t you bring us a pizza so we can taste it.” i’m not sure who is employed there but very unprofessional and i would not shop there due to this experience.

Now it's very hard to write a review for a grocery store because what do you say, I came there ... got my groceries ... it was good. And most of the time, if you do see a review on the grocery store it's because someone was angry and left a bad one just because something without a place or someone had a bad experience. Most people never post good reviews about the time that they had at the grocery store. With that being said, I have to say at this Stater Bros there are two employees that always make my day great. One of them is Mr. Johnny, I think he's a cashier always in the front or at least. I always see him in the front And the other is a young lady whose name I don't know, so I'll just call her Miss Positive. Both of these employees are always so energetic and friendly It almost feels like Stater Bros started using the same process to hire people as chick fil and starbucks ........... Watch out Vons, Stater Bros is stepping up

Great place to shop no matter if you're picking up dinner or shopping on the fly one thing is for sure you'll find everything you need. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful if you're looking for that hard to find object.

Overall, the store is great. The only negative is usually the Deli service. The women here seem to hate what they do, very unpleasant, poor interaction with clients. I feel uncomfortable asking for my chicken. They get irritated when they double the amount of potato wedges I wanted and I ask them to take some off. I hope you guys get a better service experience at The Deli.
