absolutely 0 if i could give a zero i would, customer service is horrible the cashier lady was horribly rude. The cashier we got made it seem as if she didn't want to cash us out, so rudely we had to end up going to self check out because she didn't want to cash us out, and once we asked for help on how to ring up our items she was very aggressive with telling us how to ring our items up, the place is nice and clean, customer service is not good though.

First time at this store. Very clean, very stocked with items and great selection. My 1 star is not due to the store. It's about the "costumer service". It feels like this store was run by younger kids that there work ethic are not there! I felt very racial discriminated. Sadly we live in a word where have great costumer service is not a requirement anymore. Employees are just there to get paid because they aren't not getting paid extra to be nice! First and last time I come here. " I prefer Trader Joe's"

Moe at the meat department is always super friendly and helpful. The Jamaican jerk wings are the best from here.

The store feels fresh and clean and there are a bunch of great products, parking is ample and the plaza looks good overall. But as I was waiting for my sandwich, I decided to use their restroom, immediately I was followed by a security guard. Guess what, everyone in Rialto is either Brown or Black. Maybe you should train your employees to not milk company time by taking 15 minutes to make a damn sandwich. I get it, you think you're a fancy store, maybe you shouldn't have came to Rialto and done your market research better ? Train your employees to be discreet, the profiling by them is obscene especially security guard. I'm sure you don't mind that EBT money tho. This isn't a luxury Erowon, Whole Foods or even a Trader Joe's. Be better and welcome to Rialto.

Damn so I love Sprouts, and hate to kill the vibes but I found a worm in my wild caught salmon. Never happened at the Redlands location, I'd def notice since I'm always dicing them into cubes, but totally found one in the Rialto Sprouts salmon. Pretty grossed out and shocked, definitely don't want anyone else digesting worms. Could definitely be a fluke but felt like I'd be externally damned if I didn't say anything about this. Yeah just air on the side of caution if y'all get the wild caught salmon super cook it lol not sure how the farm raised ones are, don't think I'll be picking up fish from here anytime soon

Cane here to check out this new market around the area. It was everything I expected. It was really clean great produce and friendly staff. Prices on some produce is on the higher side so just keep that in mind. However, they do have clearance already on some of their produce. Check them out.

This Sprouts is Nice and welcoming. Only self checkout was available when I went. No cashiers at the register....not at all a problem, since I prefer to use self checkout anyway. The bulk item dispenser is nice as well...wish this Sprouts was near me

I haven't visited yet, but with my previous experience with Sprouts, it's a great store. I usually go for the wafer bites (I'll update the review once I visit)

Word of advice, if you're going to have people behind the meat counter please make sure they know how to run it. I asked the kid behind the counter if he was able to cut me a 2" ribeye steak and he said he didn't know how to do that. He went and got his senior partner behind the counter and I had asked him the same thing. He also said that he did not know how to cut steak. Very disappointed, guess I'll just have to go to the one in Redlands still until the rialto store can get it together.
