We waited a very long time for our order. When it came it was a canvas print 12 x 16 folded as small as 4 x 6. Has creases that won't come out. Very dissatisfied. They ruined the quality. They should have shipped it in a tube.

I ordered a Christmas ? and inflatables in November of 2022 this year. They took my money of course and never received anything. Tried calling them mail box is full as always no answer. My kids didn't have a Christmas tree this year because I was waiting for the 9ft I ordered. But we managed. Spent hundreds $.

Very Friendly and Fast unloading. I am a truck driver and my English is not very good.. but as truck driver for the last 5 years, I had some bad experiences with Amazon too. Costco wait time 3 hours, Walmart minimum 4 hours. Rialto Amazon was very friendly, their system was very efficient and they made me change my views on Amazon. Because delivery finished early I was able to go home and spend some quality time with my family. I really appreciated it and wish other companies could learn from them. As a truck driver getting unloaded on time is all we want. Thanks again!

Waited over two months for this to arrive. Clearly item received on right is not what was advertised. Package badly damaged. $26 with shipping and it’s not worth .50 cents. Total scammers!
