Words cannot even express how rude and completely unprofessional they are especially the management wouldn't give one star. Filing a complaint with corporate seriously how they stay open is beyond me

Me & my husband recently got our taxes done through these people. Unfortunately this was our first & last time doing business with these INCOMPETENT tax preparers!!! They totally imputed our wrong account number on our taxes. So now when it tries to get deposited its gonna be rejected. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call us about this situation. The only communication was through Facebook messenger, very unprofessional doing business like this when a client has a situation about there money!!! I don't recommend them whatsoever!!!!

I currently am sadden to learn that when I called this office to ask for a copy of my tax return from the previous year, the person who I spoke to over the phone had asked for an email address. As I provided this information the receptionist stated, "I will send that right away." Several days had passed by and no one had emailed my return information. I then again called the office and now they are charging me a $35 fee for a copy mind you this I was charged over a $1000 in fees last year. Don't you think that I deserve a copy without any fees they are not family oriented and they are taking advantage of one by still trying to charge. I was recommended by someone but never again will I go again to this company.
