I mean, they close late so that's pretty cool but they're aisle are pretty narrow as most Ross but during my visit there were tons of shoes of the floor and even a broken soap bottle that took a while to be cleaned. Either way, pretty good.

They need more cashiers 20 people in line 3 cashiers cmon also there hiring yeah right my daughter applied twice and she's a cashier and got denied not qualify like really ? give people a chance to grow .

Today was my first and last time shopping here. I'm guessing the store must have trouble with teens because it's staffed with two aggressive security guards that like to bark orders at customers the second they walk in like they're high school campus security. Also no drinks? What is this a library?

They wouldn't let my 3 year old daughter and pregnant wife in with their drinks on a hot day. Saying not outside drinks allowed. What kind of customer service is this.

Saturday, at least 40 people in line, incredible… only 2 registers attending!!! It's not worth waiting when I can buy the same thing elsewhere with better service.

Poorly managed… line to the very back of the store with only 2 cashiers. One in jewelry, finally went to cashier after I asked for help. Looks like manager? walked up to help after 20 minutes. One staff member behind the counter was opening up perfume cases, three other people wandering around and when I look back, the line was still to the back of the building… it hadn’t gone smaller because they decided not to allocate more than 3 people to cashiering.

On this occasion I was walking in San Bernardino and it occurred to me to go visit Ross, hoping to find a different variety of clothing than on the border but I found almost the same assortment and prices, however I bought a pair of Volcom pants, 3 t-shirts puma, a perfume, some adidas tennis shoes and a cover for the steering wheel of my car and all for 100 dollars, I think it went well for me
