I love the staff here, they have always gone out of their way to be sure I get my medicine, I had switched pharmacys, but came right back, due to walgreens having to many problems, they are mean, and slow, alway a long line with 15 people in the back just looking around and not helping. I love this Rialto Pharmacy.

These people in this pharmacy Act like we owe them something. I walked in to get my daughters. Medicine and the pharmacist gives me nasty look/ attitude sometimes I just don't understand y people love to treat others very rude this world has the worse humans out there to serve others just makes it hard to even bother getting medicine from there again !

Neal, & everyone (forgive me for not knowing staff, by their names yet)..@ Rialto Pharmacy has been more than kind & helpful to me in just our few beginning exchanges for communication. I've made my official transfer to them, as I ESCAPE from the bars of "big CHAIN" PHARMACY. After being treated like a number for too long by a 'big-chain', I lost my patience as did my Dr, he was who guided me to Rialto Pharmacy! My Dr. sent my RX to this great pharmacy & I'll be transferring ALL my rxs to them PERMANENTLY now! Thank you to a great family friendly pharmacy!!! God Bless

Nice people but very organized. Only had enough to fill part of my prescription. Said they owed me the rest. Assured me they would have it the next day and would text me when it was ready. 5 days later, still have never heard anything. I went back up there and the pharmacist asked me how many he owed me! Said he would order it again today and it should be there tomorrow. I guess we will see...

They are great on working on getting your meds transferred and right out to you with delivery. They are fast in service with prescriptions when put in. Only sad part they are not open Saturdays. A really great pharmacy. The pharmacist is so polite and eager to help. Thank you
