Awesome guy working here. I was over and hour late for my appointment, but he was kind enough to not turn me away. It was my first time taking my fingerprints and I kept messing up, but he was so nice about it and didn't lose his patience with me at all. Thank you for the great care and customer service ?

This business owner is highly misunderstood. I had to write a review to defend him, because I have always had a pleasant experience with him. He is very caring and friendly. I went this morning with my baby to get my fingerprints done, and he was so nice to him. He is from Lebanon and I believe the cultural differences is why people “think” he is mean. He is nothing close to being a mean person. He is just another individual, just like you and I, trying to make a living. Let’s be more kind and considerate to other people, before making assumptions or false statements about an individual who is just trying to make a living. Thank Antoine, for always being so nice, and for all the services you provide!

The guy is rude and he had my package for 15 min still charges me to pick it up won't be going here again plus he smells had to turn my head from all his body oder and that's coming thru the glass

I can't believe I am being charged $2 for dropping a package with a prepaid label, and the person yelled at me for taking pictures of the building. This is a shady business. Don't buy that positive review because I know that is the owner's review in disguise. Boycott this place so we can get a better service in our city. Report this store to all the providers for this bad, unprofessional business conduct. I bet the reply that we will see is how this rude owner is trying to justify his unprofessional work. Here is a hint: do a different business because you are horrible as customer service.

Got here Right at 5:29, place is locked up. Amazon has my packages listed as delivered to my property however UPS says it’s here. Employee was very snotty because I previously did not want to leave my Phone number. Now as I’m reading reviews I’ll have to pay to retrieve something I could get during business hours nor cancel Nor Would they deliver to my apt AND after tomorrow at going out of town so I’ll no longer need.Update :: Extremely UNprofessional for Any Business to response as you have. I Am 100% Truthful in my Reviews. What an absurd thought that I would be paid for them & if my reviews mattered That much you’d be out of business by Friday. I Literally Did Not say I would return tomorrow as it’s impossible as I am Now Out of town as planned which is Why it was so important to get my package. It was due to arrive more than a week ago. I live approx 4 mins away from this location And I was in the car at the time of my call which how I got there at 5:29. Whether I received a text or not I still would have been trying to beat traffic to get there after work.

This place charges $2 to drop off a pre-paid FedEx package. Rip off. Too many other locations that you can drop off for free.

They charge to take your PREPAID package. What a joke! The funny thing is that there is a FedEx drop box right across the street in the library. Do not give these thieves any money to drop off a package which you already paid for.

I will never use this place for any services. I went to drop off a package that already had a pre pay label from the company requesting documents. I was told by the representative that I had to pay him another 5 dollars. Left with my package to Walgreens and dropped it off for free.
