Took two vehicles for Wheel Alignment and oil change on September 5th, 2023. They overpriced me then one of my vehicle instruments started warning me that I should change the engine oil soon, on October 15, 2023. Not even a month. And mind you I paid for 6 months ' worth of oil change. The other vehicle developed a scratching sound( like the car is touching the ground when riding on a bumpy road) on the driver-side front wheel after the alignment. Mind you, I have installed brand-new shocks.I Called the place to get a remedy and the person at the desk started defending their work claiming they did perform an oil change and that I should follow the details as per the oil change sticker they fixed on the windshield and dismiss the vehicle warning instruments.Changed the oil myself and brought the dirty black oil to them to see. One would think they would do something to compensate but they fought back claiming that all his mechanics are trustworthy.All I can say is I won't be back again to this shop. Buyer beware. Dishonest businesses think they will make more money by short-changing customers but wait, you will lose more that you are taking from customers. It's a law from God. I'll get gains do not last.Services: Wheel alignment

Been using there service for 6 year went for a simple thermostat replace gave me run around for 7 hrs and still then repair my car correctly servicer and master mechanic is a hole bad service do not take your car here for any reason zero star for this company need to reported

Had an oil change, and they shorted me a full quarter! I checked it about a week after and found it was down a quart, and my car doesn't throw oil.I also asked about my front breaks because I had a chatter coming down Cajon pass, and he said they were good. 8 months later, here I am at Eddie's in SB, getting pads AND rotors! I own a 2013 Hyundai Sonata.

Great place to take your car for service I have been here a few times with 2 different cars. Nothing but positive experiences ..very friendly I called a day before to let them know what the situation was and they told me to bring it in no problem they fixed my problem which was a headlight that was out that was difficult to get to and they completed the job with less than an hour. Thanks again

If you have an old vehicle that you don't care about having stains inside after they're done with the service this is the place to be!!! But if you have something that you care for your vehicle, and you had your vehicle detail prior to service after today I don't recommend this place to do any service!! I went in for a basic oil change and which I been there several times in the past and when I got my vehicle back there were oil stains on the seat, the back seat, on the carpet and even the door panel. I did went back in to mention it what happened, one of the mechanics Tony was first to do his best to clean it. Then another mechanic name Art ask me if I can move but I was standing behind my vehicle, I said "you could go ahead to do what you need do" then he walk away with an attitude told me "He'll take care of it after you (me) move away" which I was not in his way. Then the lady service personnel from front desk move the vehicle into shop that when third mechanic named Gabriel finish cleaning the carpet the best his ability since Art didn't want to bother to do anything but just stand there to watch Gabriel to finish the job while Art holding the flashlight for him. So it's up to you if you want this place to service your vehicle.

THEY LEFT ME WITH A VERY BAD OUL LEAK!! THEY TRIED TO RUIN MY CAR BY LEAVING THE OIL CAP OFF AND THEN ANOTHER TIME LEFT THE OIL FILTER LEAKING!!! IT TOOK $350 BUCKS AND 3 OTHER SHOPS WHO ALL SAID "NO OIL LEAK" BUT MIDAS HAS POLITE AND HONEST MECHANICS! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Got charged for getting something checked that they had suggested was wrong with my car to only find out my car was perfectly fine. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I payed, but that money I payed could have gone to gas. I ended paying for them to just do a check that auto zone does for free.

I first went to the american tire depot next door and they told me it was gonna be 4 hours I had no choice because my tires were ripped. My brother takes a walk and comes here and just asks if they had it the nice lady at the desk said their person was actually getting tires right now and she could get me next in queue at ATD they had 9 people before me. I said f it ill come here and right away they started assessing the problem. Not only was it cheaper, they were better quality tires than the ones ATD was going to give me. Like any work on a car it’s expected to take a couple hours and I dont mind because I trust that they’re doing everything to make sure I leave satisfied! Their waiting area is huge and the seats are nice.I see the negative reviews and I just see them as people who love to complain for no reason and think they know more than the professionals. The lady at the desk does her job in a professional manner people expect a servant and shes not she is a professional and talks to you like an adult, no bs no sugar coating nothing. I had a great experience here what made it even better was the technician Gabriel he came up to me and explained the situation with one of my front rims and recommended that I get it repaired to a professional because it wouldn't seal correctly and was honest by saying he didn’t feel comfortable trying to fix it himself I liked that. Honesty. It eventually sealed on its own. Plus he was such a sweetheart and handsome.

My first time going to this tire shop and last. I was using my moms car and noticed her tire pressure was low. I stopped at this tire shop to ask if they could please put air in the tires. The lady who checked me in took the car inside the shop. When the man who walked over to my car with a small CAT air compressor put air in only one tire said, “it’s the driver’s responsibility to check the tire pressure not there’s!”That’s exactly why I had stopped by at this tire shop because obviously, I the driver noticed the tires were looking low. I took the car with only one tire with air and went somewhere else.
