Earlier this year, we brought our car in for a head gasket repair. We got a quote at another shop that was cheaper than this place but since Alex said that the repairs would be done a week earlier than the other shop we ultimately decided to go with this one as we only have one vehicle and it would have been cheaper paying the extra amount than renting a car or getting an Uber everywhere. Our car wasn’t ready in the timeframe promised but instead much later, and throughout the process we experienced many issues. We were always told that the car “should be ready tomorrow” and that someone would call with an update. We were never called with an update, we always had to call them to ask for an update. We finally did receive a call one day informing us that our car was ready and to be there by 5pm to pick it up. We showed up and sat in the waiting room for quite some time because the woman working there said they were “still getting it ready”. After waiting for an hour, the woman came back and said “bad news, there’s a problem and your car won’t be ready today, it should be ready tomorrow”. We were very disappointed as she had told us the car WAS ready. I don’t understand why she called saying it was ready before making sure that it actually was. On top of that, my husband was late to work because of it AND we had wasted our time and money getting an Uber there and back home. When we brought this to her attention, she didn’t care, she was too busy getting ready to leave for the day. Coincidentally, while we were waiting for our vehicle, another customer had walked in clearly upset and demanded his vehicle because he had also been waiting a long time for it. She just brushed him off and said “it’s not ready, things happen”. Very unprofessional. By the way, our car wasn’t ready the next day and again we didn’t receive a phone call. We ended up calling the next day and informed Alex of what had happened. He apologized and gave us a new date of when the car would be ready and told us that he would take care of the smog check we needed for the inconvenience. When we finally picked up our car, we were told that we would have to come back for the smog check because we needed to drive our car around more before they could do it. When we took it back for the smog check, we were told that their machine was supposedly “not working right now” and gave us a business card to his “other business” and stated that they would take care of it for us. We drove to the other business only to be told that the smog check wouldn’t be free and that he had no idea what we were talking about. Again, very disappointing. I would never come back to this business and don’t recommend it at all.I’d also like to point out that we had an item go missing from inside our car. We had ordered a reservoir cap to ask if they could replace it since ours was broken and was stuck to the reservoir, but since we were informed that the whole reservoir needed to be replaced we didn’t end up asking and accidentally left it in our car but were planning to return it back to Amazon. When we received the car, it was no longer in the center console where we had left it. As I stated, the whole resevoir needed to be replaced which included a cap and the cap was different than the one we had ordered so it definitely wasn’t used. We no longer wanted to deal with this place and the part was only $10 so we didn’t call to ask for it back.One final note, if you don’t want to potentially get scratches on your car I would avoid taking it here. The day we wasted our time sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, we overheard the receptionist telling another employee which cars to bring inside to avoid getting scratched because the cats jump on them. Unfortunately, our car was one of the ones to receive scratches but since our car is older we didn’t bother to bring it to their attention. And yes, we are 100% sure the scratches weren’t there when we brought it in.

Thank you to Alex and all the mechanics working there .. they are always respectful and being a woman they have never made me feel dumb. Like other shops have made me feel. I have never felt like they are taking advantage of me. This is why I continue to take my cars back. Prices are fair and my car runs great after being serviced. When I’ve had concerns about my car after being serviced I was able to bring my car back with no problem at no charge. I am grateful I found this shop.

Brought my 14 charger in it wasn't starting and had a ticking in the lifters. Was quick to help me get everything fixed under one claim so I don't have to come back and start another one. It was under warranty still but pricing seemed fair! Really nice people as well.

I went to Rialto Auto because of my extended warranty through CarMax and I will continue to come here and recommend them to others. Took my car in on a Tuesday morning, I was greeted by Alex who I spoke to before and he was very nice and listened to what was going on with my car, I’m a girl and know nothing about cars but he explained very throughly the process and how the warranty works and that it may take some time depending on the repair. I got a call Thursday from his wife telling me I could go pick up my car and on my way she called back and said my brakes were “spongy” and they wanted to look at them so I didn’t have to bring it back and pay another deductible. Which I thought was amazing and I told her to take their time with it. They called Friday I got there and unfortunately the part for my brake master cylinder was faulty so they got me home in their own car and had my car ready Saturday by 1:30/2. The whole process they let me know what was going on and were extremely nice and professional. I’ll be back in a few weeks for my oil change and any further repairs I need. The best around.

This place did a great job on my Mercedes. I had my car towed last minute to this shop and the owner Alex waited for my vehicle to arrive until about 6:30pm even though they closed at 5. I used my cars extended warranty that I didn’t even know I had until Stephanie called me to let me know! Alex and Stephanie made the process really easy and smooth. As a women I felt really comfortable when they explained the needed repairs and pricing. My warranty did not cover everything but Alex helped me out with pricing. They sent me pictures throughout the process and kept me updated through text message. I really loved this shop, we picked up my vehicle and dropped off my husbands Mercedes for repairs. Found my new shop! Thanks Rialto Auto!

They replaced the engine on my 2016 Audi A4 a little over 3 months ago and its been running great since. I wanted to wait and write this review after having my car for a while to see how the work was.The process was over all easy, they did take a little long to replace the engine but I would rather they have taken there time and not rush. They provided me with text updates and phone calls. When I dropped my car off they gave me a ride home since I live in Rialto, saved me money on a Uber. Overall my experience was good, I will be recommending my friends and family. Thank you for the Oil change today Alex!

I purchased my vehicle at Car max and got my extended warranty through car max as well. I kept trying to schedule an appointment at car max since January to get my vehicle checked for various issues, but they were always booked out weeks or months ahead. By the time I would take the vehicle in check engine light would turn off or the car max techs would say they could not find the issue. I coworker of mine referred me to this shop after they helped him with his vehicle.Alex was super helpful and helped me with getting through to the extended warranty company so they could cover my repairs.I did give them sufficient time to look over the vehicle since it had multiple issues, and I didn't want to rush the diagnostic because that is what car max kept doing to me and putting me off. They were super patient with me and explained everything thoroughly.My Yukon is now running at 100% and I have no more issues.I AM COMPLETLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE!Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Always came in if I need basic maintenance and exhaust work. Went in because I needed exhaust work on a pickup done. They quoted me 550 when I had all the parts. I ended up going down the street for 160 and did it in less than an hour. Insane! They are solid folk but definitely expensive. Beware.

These guys are crooks and will steal your money from you and lie to your face saying they fixed your vehicle but truly they don’t fixed anything right I spend over $3000 fixing my vehicle there and they couldn’t even fix my car right in the first place.check engine light was still on. They double charge you for your parts and some of the parts they don’t even replace them and they will straight lie to your face and say they change them. I will recommend to go somewhere else better and professional and trust worthy. This place is straight garbage and unprofessional.

I Do not recommend this place to take care of your vehicle. The people who had the task on working on my vehicle were absolutely careless. I received my car and it had missing parts and loose pieces. I took it in for a second time for them to fix what they didn’t the first time. This time my motor mount screws were loose to the point where I could pull them out with my finger tips.Make sure to check your vehicle before you leave that place .Services: Steering & suspension replacement
