Beautiful and clean facility, but don't let the glitz fool you. I'm rating this hospital poorly due to their outrageous billing and subpar treatment for pets with diagnoses requiring complex treatment. I took my doggo in during urgent care drop off hours and they were able to accommodate her for an evaluation. I was told she needed blood work, an X-ray, and hydration therapy. I agreed to treatment plan which was upward to over $700 and a few hours later they clear her to come home and that she's fine. When I picked her up, they said she'd be tired from the anesthesia given for the abdominal x-ray. Within the first hour at home, she wasn't just tired, she was showing signs of agonal breaths, her eyes rolled back and couldn't stand or move. The hospital said it was likely the anesthesia and she was just tired. I rushed her to VCA Ontario where she was rushed in by staff as I parked in front of the entrance. After 3 days at VCA in critical care, turns out my doggo was newly diagnosed with Addison's disease. Even following up with Rialto Animal Hospital, after inquiring the average cost for continued management of this disease, they couldn't provide a clear answer on anticipated costs or at least a ballpark figure, which can only be determined after another evaluation. Other than bloodwork alone running around $400. I won't allow my dogs here and I caution others with pets that have chronic conditions requiring routine care management. The price gouging is real here.. again, clean facility, nice staff, and the waiting/exam rooms look like a Beverly Hills Hospital (so is the pricing)...but in Rialto. I highly recommend looking into other veterinarian clinics with permanent scheduled vets and compassionate, transparent pricing.

From the moment I called into the office till the time I paid for services the beautiful, amazing, caring, kind, and professional receptionists were so AMAZING!!! They listened to all of my concerns about my Jackson, and treated us like we were family. Shout out to Erick, Tiffany, Darlene,Yesenia, Genevieve, and Jisel... I can't say enough about you all. You are truly passionate about your job and other veterinarian offices could learn a thing or two from you guys!!! And last but not least... Dr.Scott!!! Outstanding Dr.!!!!! Very thorough!!! Took his time and never rushed me!!! He is very experienced and knowledgeable and I appreciate his kindness and time. I also want to say how beautiful and clean the facility was. They also gave me a complete tour of the place!!! What vet does that? But they do!! Almost forgot about the laser lady sweet Anna!! I can't wait till our appointment next week Thank you again to all of you who played a role in my appt today with Jackson.

My cat was wasn't peeing or eating, i took him here for the first time and i do not regret it at all. Not only is my baby doing 10000x better but the doctor, vet assistants, and all of the staff are incredibly sweet. They truly care about their patients and I can't express how thankful I am for them.

I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the vets and staff at RAH are. From the very beginning, they've shown unwavering professionalism and an incredible love for my pets. Despite their busy schedule, the front desk staff always take a moment to warmly greet both me and my dogs, and I absolutely adore their positive energy which has made a significant difference in how calm and happy our dogs are during visits. Their thoughtful gestures, like baking cookies for clients, make us feel truly valued and respected. The care and concern they consistently demonstrate have truly made them feel like an extension of our family. Dr. Juarez and the wonderful team at the front desk are the primary reasons why I continue to entrust my pets to RAH. Occasionally, emergencies may cause a wait, but we're consistently treated with respect and kept well-informed. Their dedication to accommodating their clients and their pets is something I deeply appreciate.

Absolute lack in correct communication amongst the workers here. Scheduled an appointment for 2pm and even showed up earlier in the day before the appointment to confirm it. My dog had a an emergency with his paw so I arrived 1:50 to be early as I consider my dog to be a family member. Several others dog that came after I did had checked in and left by the time it was 2:20 and my dog still hadn't been taken in. We confirmed with two receptionist to comeback at 2pm, yet it wasn't until 2:25 they finally call us to the back where I sat alone in a room with my crying dog for thirty minutes. No one came and checked on me and no vet saw my dog today as I took him somewhere else to get looked at as he had already been waiting an hour passed his appointment. The young ladies at the front desk appeared to be baking cookies, and kept riling up the dogs while in the waiting room. Once again let me stress my pet has been in the family for well over fifteen years and I am very disappointed as they have been our provider in the past. The providers service doesn't match the aesthetic, nice from the outside below mediocre service on the inside. Best of luck with your fur baby's care and much love!

LOVE!!!! I brought in my 7 year old staffy because he was limping and I wasn't sure if he had licked to the point of pain or sprained/dislocated his paw. I didn't have an appointment and they allowed me to bring him in first thing in the morning. The doctor was so sweet and gentle with Bino and he really cared for him! The staff was very professional and so helpful. The doctor did a very thorough physical exam and ruled out what was going on with him. He was also happy to answer my questions and concerns and was super informative!! If you're looking for someone to care for your furry friend look no further. Thank you, doctor and we appreciate you!!

We absolutely love the staff and doctors here, and are grateful to have found them. They take such good care of our girls, honey and poppy, and some of the vet technicians even go out of their way to pop into the exam room to see them. It's the first vet that we've ever had where Honey doesn't start shaking in the exam room, which goes to show how our babies feel comfortable with them. We've even had some emergencies, and they've been able to accommodate us last minute. Yes, they are expensive but we are happy and willing to pay a little extra knowing that our girls are receiving top quality care and are in the hands of people who treat our girls with the same love and kindness that we do.

Amazing facilities and AMAZING STAFF. Friendly, welcoming, and informative from beginning to end. Recommended by another great vet, my trusted West Highland Animal Hospital. They were supposed to do my cat's surgery the next day, but after I had paid $170 for pre-surgery blood tests and gotten a penicillin shot, I called them and took them up on a recommendation for a vet that could do blood work AND surgery the same day. Not only did they recommend a great facility, but West Highland refunded the money for the blood test that I had already paid for since I wouldn't be going the next day for surgery with them. SHOUT OUT TO THEM. I was not expecting that , but it was greatly appreciated. I was lucky to book an appointment the same day at 350p. Left my cat at 430p for surgery and left by 620p. Record time for a vet visit, at least for me. You have a new fan, Dr. Suarez and staff.
