This place sucks. I went to self check out to pay for my items and the lady from the checkout was watching me the whole fucking time even though I paid for every single item that I got, and then she comes to me taking everything out of my bag to make sure that I pay for everything and then make sure that I pay for the pan even though I already paid for it so I got a charge double for a pan I already paid for do not come to this Superior.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son 8th birthday to celebrate with his classmates at school. I was supposed to pickup the cake today at 11:00AM. When I got there, the cake was not ready. I had to buy the cup cake instead. When I got the my son's class, he was disappointed because I did not bring him his favorite birthday cake that he chose. This Superior Market has ruined my son 8th birthday. I will not shop at this market ever again.

The young man in the produce area very helpful and friendly he helps me with what I was looking for.Full box a tomatillo.But the cashier I believe the name is Lupita she was very rude , she has a lot attitude I think the manager needs to training her better .

Superior advertised a special $5, for Saturday and Sunday, August 26 and 27, cold fried chicken 8 pieces. However, instead of 8 pieces, there were only 6 pieces of chicken thighs. I was cheated out of 2 pieces of fried chicken. I hope others who encountered same experience, if able to go back to store and complain to manager. Otherwise, fried chicken taste okay.

When you arrive, make sure to enter through the main entrance, and look for the tortilla section. You'll find these incredible sandwiches nearby - they're simply irresistible! I came here to do my grocery shopping and had a bad experience. The store was busy and disorganized, with merchandise strewn about. The shelves were sparsely stocked, and many of the products I required were unavailable. The employees were useless and appeared uninterested in aiding consumers. The checkout lines were long and slow, and the shopping experience was generally irritating and stressful. Superior Grocers is not a store I would suggest.

Fresh produce and fruits can be bought here.Cheaper prices per lb. Store ambience very friendly. It can be your one stop houseware and cooking shopping for sure!!Came to pick up taco corn tortilla , can of salsaand blended grated cheese gor my lunch today!!!Don't worry i got carnitas from another grocery store !!!! I'm a carnivore kinda gal !!!

The DMV kiosk near my home isn't taking any form of payment, so I came here to pay for my registration renewalSurprisingly, there's a line here, but there's only two people ahead of me. It's still better than waiting at the DMV.Happy Friday!

I like to share the worst experiences of my life ,today I bought a couple of things at the superior grocery at the baseline street in Rialto and manager Diego approach and ask to show proof of purchase which I did , and saw at the receipt and back to me to see if I had the items which I did because I am not a thief then , I ask him "do you think I still something?" And he respond ; I actually did think you did .He walk away leaving me talking alone and without apologizing to me for the humiliation he just put me through because , he saw that I didn't still anything and he just walk away leaving me there.I felt so denigrating , it's so disappointing to know that the store that we are loyal to , treat they customer so denigrating and more to know that it was by the manager Diego of the store . The worst humiliation of my life he was so arrogant to me and he refuse to apologize.

Superior has good deals on produce and many other house staples. They have everything you need house wise for a quick fix. Their store however was a bit low maintained. A good amount of the produce didn't not look good so i had to skip out on that. The floral area is all outside and not under refrigeration. If you are looking for more affordable flowers that are nice and inexpensive on the corner of easton and cactus.The restrooms definitely needed some touching up. Fortunately they have good accesible hours from opening at 7am to closing at 10pm! They are located right next to the gym and mcdonald's. You can find coupons through the paper on produce and other staple items.

Visited this location today and noticed that there were multiple items that were expired... today is August 7 and there was an iced tea that expired on July 24. FIFO is how product is supposed to move and that is practically two weeks expired, I would think that it would have been caught by a worker. My family and I took all the expired products we found to the manger and showered her the expired products, she did not say anything and we continued to tell her how there has been items from the past that we bring home and are expired or soiled... She didn't seem to care, she said if we didn't have the receipt that she can not do anything about it. We were telling them to inform them about expired food not to get a refund. Customer service here is not so well either. Definitely will go to another grocery store for better quality and prices.

This store on the corner of Riverside and Baseline has been our "go to" store for years. My Mother often walked there while I was at work. I visited this store today Sunday, May 31 at 2:00 pm to take some coins my parents had saved to use their "Coinstar" machine which wasn't working. I tried to flag down an employee by saying excuse me twice. She looked right at me and walked by at which I said excuse me again but was completely ignored. I approached another employee who said "I'm sorry but I'm not surprised and that's our f____ing manager." "She is always like that." On her way back once again doesn't stop and rudely says, "I wasn't ignoring you, I was going to go get something but for yelling, I'm not helping you now."This store has been going downhill and now I see why. It's poor leadership, lack of respect and poor customer service. In today's economy and with all that is happening in society, I would expect service organizations like yours to hire, train, retain and recognize industry talent. This store manager is not a leader. This was poor leadership which was visible across the store. This was is clearly harassment and disrespect of customers and bullying employees. I, nor my family will be returning to this store until you retrain or performance manage this manager to at a minimum conduct herself civil and treat customers and employees with respect. I would encourage employees to organize and unionize. I guarantee you this would stop.

Dear owner it would be nice to have more cashiers during the busy hours, it's ridiculous that their is only one cashier and the check out line for that one open cashier is all the was to the entrance of the store .
