Lilliana A at the Rialto California store, treated me to pick up my items after being 5 days late on payment, she told me she don’t do business this way, she is the manager yet even after telling her I will be in to make payment today she still threatened me.

Every employee at this location provided the best customer service by way of phone and in-person. You’ll be amazed. Feels like you’re navigating a 5 star hotel with a tour guide. Each of the employees are detailed and ensure a deep understanding of the process while still reminding you that everything is online; but as an added bonus to provide the utmost quality of care, they will speak to you over the phone and in-person, as in-store customer levels allow. I’m very pleased and submitting my order for delivery in time for the holidays.

I purchased couches for my sister and paid them off in two payments. This store is telling me I owed them 40.00 but never sent me a statement. When I reviewed my contract I overpaid by almost 100.00. This store is telling me they are going to repossess the couches if I don’t pay 1000.00. please please please do not purchase from them!!!!! Store manager Salomon is rude and so is his assistant manager.

I gave them my card number to help a friend pqy for their payment. My friend did not pay their payment on time the next month so they charged my card without my permission.Ive filed a claim for fraud already. Ive alerted my bank as well. Taking this to corporate next
