I really appreciate the customer service I received from Jose and Marlon they me feel like they really care.

Been going there since I got my first car for an oil change, and that's during high school. They're very friendly to talk to and very easy to get to know them. My family has been going there and it has had no car trouble ever since. If there's something wrong with the car, they will let us know and how to fix it. If anything, they'll fix it on the spot for a good price.

This review is LONG overdue! I've been going to these guys for years now with a couple different cars, and each time it's like visiting family. Jose and Marlin are AWESOME; they greet me with a smile every time (I can even tell they're smiling under their masks) and always work with my budget. They are transparent about the work needed and I trust them with the safety of my car. Definitely recommend :) love these guys.

Got a groupon deal and gave them a try. I make an appointment and got there early, but they still got started as soon as they could (before my appointment time) which was good. As far as I know the oil change was done with no problems and it was supposed to include a tire rotation but I'm pretty sure they didn't do that. Oh well, I need new tires anyways so it wasn't a big deal but still. As far as the oil change goes it was good, but that was it. They didn't look at or tell me anything else so...

Been coming hear for a couple of years now and always a good service. Marlon is always friendly, helpful, and honest when answering questions. I was never pressured on any recommended service. When I had a minor leak in my steering fluid, which I already knew, he would let me know and just top it off when I get an oil change. I have other shops that's a lot closer to home but a good shop is hard to find so I'll drive the extra 10 miles.

Went in to get some tires. Tony was very informative and everyone here are very friendly. Got what I needed and got wonderful service as well. I have no complaints. Will come back again.

Resolution. I stopped by QT today and spoke to Marlon regarding my issue with the upcharge on my Groupon yesterday. He apologized and explained that the employe was new and in training. He should have researched our vehicle history more thoroughly and there should never have been any upcharge, Since we already paid a $10.78 upcharge , Marlon advised me that the next service would be free. Bottom line make sure they check your service history before you pay for any upcharge. Thanks Marlon

We bring all of our cars here! Fair and honest and that is the best you can say for any auto repair. But to go further they are genuinely really nice people. They stand behind they're work and try not to leave you sitting and waiting unnecessarily.

I went here to get an oil change that I got on Groupon. Avoid at all costs. Marlin is probably the only good thing about this place. I got an oil change and they misplaced my power steering wheel cap and my steering wheel started to make a whining noise. When I opened the hood the power steering fluid spilled everywhere and there was smoke. I refilled it and covered it with a rubber glove and called them and talked to Jose. He didn’t say sorry or that they made a mistake. Then when I went in, he hadn’t ordered a cap or have it in stock. I essentially drove back my car in that condition just so he could open the hood and believe what I was telling him. Then I returned again and I had to request a few times and they still didn’t even clean the fluid spilled everywhere. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I usually don’t leave reviews but it was such a bad experience that I had to. All I wanted was them to fix what happened but the manager was very unhelpful. Again, Marlin was very nice and dealing with him was great but I’m disappointed with the standard and the customer treatment. Make sure you check the work they do.
